Hi guys.

Weird issue with single product pages within woocommerce.

The page shows fine on the test site (eg http://bearings.co.za/ecommerce-mirror/product/citronol-2lt-refill-mousse-hand-cleaner/) and then gets oddly smaller when put on the live site (eg https://bearings.co.za/product/citronol-2lt-refill-mousse-hand-cleaner/).

For some reason an additional col-md-9 div is being added on the live site. Cant quite figure out how or why this would happen.

There is literally no difference in setup or plugins as the site was directly migrated. Any idea what could be causing this?

while evaluating your theme with a potential client I noticed that the mobile version isn’t working as it should.

The mobile version of the home page and other pages only displays the first service column, only one project of the portfolio section, only the first news column etc., which is very disturbing since ALL the content should be displayed completely and correctly. I guess its with essential grid plugin related bug/issue.

We tested it with various mobile devices and also emulators, and it’s always the same issue.

My client do not wants to wait longer. Please fix this ASAP, since we’d be really interested in purchasing, but this is a no-go. I’m a bit surprised..Some one also reaised ticket before 2 years back..for same issue..and you guys still not able to fix that bug..I am afraid now. How can ThemeForest would approve a demo site that doesn’t work right on mobile devices. Now a days Responsive mobile compatible website is must and as a theme developer its a very big question for you that how can I launch demo or put theme for selling. you must test it first and put it online for sale. I am also wondering now Theme selling and rating given by others. I have lready created demo for my client and now I have to complete the task n fix all bugs within a week. So how can you help me …please let me know.

Hi there! Loving this theme! I have noticed that to get the sidebar menus to appear on the About Us and Services pages you have put ’is_tree(61)’ and ’is_tree(59)’ in the Widget Logic area. Where are you getting these numbers from? I have created my own menu and would like it to appear in the sidebar for another set of pages but cannot find the reference to this number. Thanks!
