was waiting for a safari solution before buying this, but i see more problems, just want to mention that asking money for support deserves good support , as i see in this comment section there must be something wrong with your support, date and times to release updates and speed in solving major issues. Is it safe to buy this theme?

Hi, just tried your demo, i understand that safari is still not working? Seems i have to earth for a other theme, if this major problem is still there after 2 weeks, it makes me think that it wont be resolved any time soon.

Everything looks much better now, which feels promising. I still see some issues in Safari that 38% of our visitors use, so I hope for an update that will fix it soon. I am using the latest version of Safari 11.0.2. Thanks

Hi support team! I want to update my porto to 4.1.5. My hosting server provides all the feature that you required to update porto except one. max_execution_time = 240 as you required max_execution_time = 1000 so can i update my site or not while having this issue ?

You can update the theme but it is better to upgrade the max execution time at the max level of your servers. Otherwise, you can continue to update the theme.

Uninstall Demo: I have searched through the provided documentation for how to uninstall a demo but I cannot find this there. Can you please help ? I found instructions for how to install a provided Demo, but how can I clean up and start developing my website after I have tested a demo ?

You need to reset your WordPress then install a fresh new demo. Please use this plugin for resetting your WordPress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/

OR

Hi! I’m trying to make the update happen but honestly I don’t know how to do it :( and I can’t find anything in your support page. Is there somewhere where I can read how to properly do an update without messing with my site? I was trying to upload it in the theme section, but it gives me an error. Hi,

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.

But First please make sure your server requirements is meet with the latest Porto WordPress theme requirement if not then please make sure to set first server requirements as below: You need to agree to the following requirements.

Wordpress 4.0 or higher.
PHP 7.0 or higher.
MySQL 5 or higher.
Memory Limit 64M or higher.
RECOMMENDED PHP CONFIGURATION LIMITS

Many issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

max_execution_time 1000
memory_limit 64M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M

I’ve upgraded to the new version (4.1.5)

There are problems again

1- my safari version is 11.0.3 but The template has a problem with Safari browser. goo.gl/Q635zX

2- i upload the zip format! but after uploading is not in the fonts list

Also, the “Header Top” above will not appear on mobile

I agree with the opinion of other buyers: “Neobcn Very Very Sultry every update, crash template, and contact support (the support not solved the problems) I’m already migrating from template The SW-Themes I just want you to pay the support” . I see that I am not the only one who thinks that you want to do support business. I have been in Envato for 10 years and I will never buy a template again thanks to you. Badly optimized template, non-existent support that wants to make money fixing problems that they themselves have created.

WooCommerce has removed V3.3.0 due to a lot of users having theme issues.

So I’m really surprised you did not stop your theme updates as well.

When trying to update a Child Theme .php files, you may encounter this:

“Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.”

This is an know issue with Wordpress version 4.9. I. The solution is to update via ftp using Filezilla.

After theme update the same problem as others have already reported: all payment methods are gone from checkout page. It is theme issue as everything works fine with other theme, editing review-order.php or Woocommerce >> Setting >> Checkouts does not help. Already lost sales and ad costs, before noticing the issue. Please kindly address this bug asap with the new update that works. This ir really urgent for many. This is not support request, this is about updated version that does not work.

HI, How to put icons like wish list, mi count and others next to cart if i am using the header type 1.

How to do that in the moment that sticky is working, i want that appear all the icons, logo, wish list and search, all the icons that i want to put next to the cart and i don’t want to appear the menu in the sticky function.

You can put anything as you want by putting it’s code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Contact Info https://prnt.sc/i9uujg and it will appear at the place of contact info https://prnt.sc/i9uut6 and it will appear before to cart not next to cart and there is no option which will move it to next to cart.

And for all the things appear in the sticky header this needs Custom CSS so please contact us through our support system with your site Login details so we will check and set the Custom CSS for you.
