2 questions: - For when the update? - Can the theme be used in 2 domains or web page?

We can’t give exact date for next update yet but we can estimate it will be ready towards March end. The ThemeForest license allows usage on one domain. It can be used on a subdomain if that subdomain is part of same site.

Hi, I have a problem with my website www.cryptosvet.cz
I have issues with the slider on homepage.
When visitors goes to website he always sees for the first time slider on homepage.
BUT – if he goes to any article and then back to homepage the slider will not show.
I have tried to disable plugins and it workds well again if I disable Woocommerce. But I need woocommerce for login functions.
Can you check it for me and fix it?

Hi. I have been using this theme for some time now and its one of the best!! Its just loading slowly. Three post block to the right of default slider doesn’t show in mobile mode, which is fine, but the posts still don’t show anywhere else on Home Page, hence are completely hidden. Any way to ‘reveal’ these posts in mobile mode?

Guys simple question! I started to use “Slider Manual Post Ids” so i wrote manually all the IDs i want to show and it works. But it does not mather the sequence i write!!! it keep selecting by date!!! 
from the IDs i chose obviously can the slider (homepage) shows the sequence of IDs in the direction i wrote them????

Is SmartMag compatible with the latest versions of PHP (server side)?
Also, considering the date this theme was created, does Themesphere plan to keep SmartMag theme updated and functioning for the next 2 or 3 years?
Just asking as really like the theme and wish to use it for other sites soon – but only if the plans are to keep it up to date for the foreseeable future.
I really need to know how to show the featured image for posts display uncropped but still fit into the main column of the post.
I tried the mods to content.php but the “full” setting makes the featured image span the entire width of the website. I need the image uncropped but still restrained to fit the width of the main left column of a post (with sidebar).
Is there any css for this versus modifying core files?

1. Yes it will work with latest version of PHP. There’s an included plugin that’s not shown on the demos and is not needed – Rev Slider which does have a few issues with 7.1+ though that will be fixed by their team and updated soon.
2. SmartMag is our flagship theme so it will be maintained for years to come. We’re working on an update coming within next 2-3 months with considerable new features.
As for your featured image changes, it seems like our support team has already been communicating with you. Please respond to the forum topic if you still have concerns about it.

The latest update was released in November. As for the next update, we don’t have an exact date right now but we’re working on a major update. The best estimate we can give at the moment is sometime in March.

Not received email for password for forum support?!! – Something has messed my homepage from the great design(image blocks at top of homepage/featured etc) has gone and now just lists articles?? Tried theme settings – no luck.
Just need to reset to normal how it was when installed first time! – How??
(If no password comes through or no reply here within 24hrs I’ll just go straight to charge-back refund! $64 and messing about in comments!)

Hi, it seems there’s a small bug in the SmartMag. When I upload an image to a page, it’s shown on the mobile phone and also in the page editor visual mode. But on Retina MBP, the image is not visible, only when I decrease the width of the page (to +- 60% of the screen), it becomes visible. How can this be fixed? I can’t find it being addressed on this discussion earlier.
