I just installed newest version 3.5. After installing, my icons are not showing. (my shopping cart, wishlist, search, and even the down arrow for menu dropdown are no longer showing?) Anybody else having this issue? Is there a fix?

What’s going on with the updates for the 2.9.10 version?

As others have mentioned, you just keep saying “I will let the development team know” or “it will be updated on the next theme update” But then nothing happens.

We’re not asking for new features, we just want to keep the theme up to date with the rest of WP and woo-commerce.

Hello. I would like to featured video into my product image. So I use YITH woocommerce featured video plugin. But it does not fully support. Here is my test page. https://shinykei.xsrv.jp/product/opening-test-1/ Playback is well, but when you resize the browser, the video disappears. It is the same issue in mobile. How can I fix this issue or Is there more better plugin than this?

hello, for a client, and me, i installed your theme. But i have a bug with a widget filter by attribut.

We have a products with a attribut ( for product variable and not ). We like use a widget attribut in shop page, but in widget admin, the attribut filter is empty ! I use php 7.0 but in 5.6 is same, Desactivate all plugin ( excepted woocommerce)... same problem…

Please help me.

I have a few requests for the new update:

1. For the Slider bullet style on Mobile, can’t the navigating dots be made clickable? Also there’s no space below the navigating dots, it literally touches the next section’s title… can this be fixed?

2. As for the Floating label options for Checkout, can the red asterisk be displayed upon required fields on page load? because there’s no asterisks anywhere and I believe the ‘Company Name’ section might turn off some potential buyers if they think that it is imperative to be a Company to make a purchase! Or at least write (optional) to its side where there’re no required fields? Red asterisks would be better though…

3. As for the Option to move “E-mail” field to top of Checkout, that’s for sure a great addition… The ‘E-mail field’ touches the ‘First Name field’ and the ‘Last Name field’ is on the next line, which makes it visually look broken… a) Can the ‘First Name field’ and the ‘Last Name field’ stay on the same line, while they don’t touch each other like before? b) Can the ‘E-mail field’ have an option to be positioned on either the line above or below the ‘First Name field’ and the ‘Last Name field’? Below would be more logical to ask names then email…?

I am attempting to update but I get this message. I am not using a child theme “An error occurred while updating Flatsome: Could not create directory. flatsome”

I updated the theme to the newest version however I do not see the option for the infinite scroll for product category pages?

I can not upgrade to version 3.4.3 or 3.5. I have a straight 500 error after recovery 3.4.2 works

The product page is not so flexible, i found the custom block option but can’t find any document on how to make them.

Please check themes Lazy Load feature on Chrome. Images loads too lazy on chrome than on Safari or Firefox. Products images on category pages stays empty too long, even after I slowly scrolled down to the footer. There are no such issues on safari or firefox.

If you are comfortable in downloading a pre-release of WooCommerce 3.3.1 go here https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/releases/tag/3.3.1-rc.1 download the woocommerce.zip file and unzip the file. Next FTP into your site, find the woocommerce folder in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce and copy all files into woocommerce folder. This solved the categories list above products for me and some of the other issues users were reporting. This is a quick fix and worked for me. I also have the latest release of Flatsome installed so make sure to update your theme files as well. Good luck!

Just wanted to let you know that the sidebar for archive pages (archive.php) has been disabled. We are using the latest version of the theme and this is the code that can be found for the sidebar portion of that template:

<?php if($flatsome_opt[‘blog_layout’] 'left-sidebar' || $flatsome_opt['blog_layout'] ‘right-sidebar’){ get_sidebar(); }?> <!- end sidebar ->

You have two (2) equal signs before either option of the sidebar (‘left-sidebar’ or ‘right-sidebar’). Any particular reason why that section of code has been disabled?
