Hi,

We need to add the Verdana font to the theme. Do we need an extra plugin for that?

In order to add this font, you can try using a plugin or use code snippets to add it to the theme.

Hi,

I’m interested in your theme, but if it’s possible I would know :

- in the registration phase, I can put custom fields, along with those of default; - same thing for login; - there is a filter to find a Job and if yes, I can put custom fields for search; - there is any option for employer to pay the registration with paypal or any payment method; - the employer that add the job, may have job entry limits. (only 1 ads for example). - for employer it’s possible to broswe the candidates.

thank you!

Hi there!

Thanks for your interest in our theme!

Question: – in the registration phase, I can put custom fields, along with those of default;

Answer: You will need to modify the default registration form using custom code in order to add new custom fields. The theme only generates the core fields seen in our demo.

Question: – same thing for login;

Answer: The Login and Registration form are both generated by WooCommerce and you will need custom code to add new login fields.

Question: ; – there is a filter to find a Job and if yes, I can put custom fields for search;

Answer: The theme only has core job search fields found here. You will need to add new fields using custom code at this time.

Question: – there is any option for employer to pay the registration with paypal or any payment method;

Answer: You can charge an employer for submitting jobs by Creating Listing Packages. You can charge users through Paypal or any Gateway supported by WooCommerce

Question: – the employer that add the job, may have job entry limits. (only 1 ads for example).

Answer: When you Create Listing Packages you can limit the number of jobs an employer can submit.

Question: – for employer it’s possible to broswe the candidates.

Answer: Yes, when you install the Resume Manager plugin and have candidate resumes, Employers can browse them.

Hope this answers your questions.

Hello! Quick question here..

How to integrate the search widget of the classic home version (the main one, with keyword, all regions, any categories and search CTA) when we installed the extended version ?

I tried to find it but didn’t success.

Thank you!

Well it’s ok I found it.

But I have other issues…

1. How to remove the “connect account” block on the top of the “post a job” page ? (when we use [submit_job_form] shortcode)

2. My website is in french, so I changed the original urls for french url, so for example when I click on Search from the Jobify widget, it says “impossible to find your page” because the search button redirects to english url!! How can I customize it and replace with my french url?? Thank you

Hey there,

Hope you are doing well today!

1)This will require some CSS to remember the notice at the top of the page. We can help with this through our Support Channel,

2)Make sure you set your page within the Job Listings>Settings>Page settings. Also, make sure to re-save your permalink settings under Settings>Permalink.

If you need additional support please visit our Support Channel and submit a ticket.

Kind Regards,

Fernando

Thanks, I’ll contact your support.

Pre-sale question I don’t see the uploaded file in a valid modal popup for the job on the demo what you can add the uploaded file when the user is applying for a job?

Thank you

Hello!

Thanks for reaching out!

The option is available, but it might be a paid feature depending on the Form plugin you decide to go with. By default, the theme installs Ninja Forms, but it is a paid feature for the plugin. A free alternative is using Contac Form 7. Allowing you to add an Upload field to your Job Application form.

Hope this helps!

Fernando

Hi, if I install the classic demo, can i upgrade the installation to the extended or I have to do it from the scratch? Thanks ...and can I install the extended with ONLY some plugins (i.e. not interested in Social login for woocommerce)

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today!

The demos main difference is just color scheme and widget content/placement. You can quickly go to the Customize settings and change the Color scheme settings to look like the Extended Demo. As well as add the same widgets already under Appearance>Widgets.

If you wish, you can import the content all over again on top of the Classic demo, but you will have additional widgets added to each page you can remove manually.

There also won’t be an issue using the Extended template without all the plugins.

If you need additional support please visit our Support Channel and submit a ticket.

Thanks,

Fernando

Hi there!

A few pre-sale questions:

1. How customizable are the job filters? I don’t see any option for a sidebar with sliding filters, desired salaries, etc.

2. How much control does it have over job posting and setting the different pay structures? Can it be set for recurring payments where job posters can post a specific amount of listings per month based on their subscription level?

3. Is it possible to charge job seekers as well, also in a recurring fashion and at various subscription levels?

Thank you!

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today!

Question: 1. How customizable are the job filters? I don’t see any option for a sidebar with sliding filters, desired salaries, etc.

Answer: At this time you will need to use custom code to add additional filters besides the one shown in our demo.

Question: 2. How much control does it have over job posting and setting the different pay structures? Can it be set for recurring payments where job posters can post a specific amount of listings per month based on their subscription level?

Answer: Using the WC PAid Listings plugin and the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin you can charge users recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions. See here: How Do I Charge Subscriptions to Post Jobs?

Question: 3. Is it possible to charge job seekers as well, also in a recurring fashion and at various subscription levels?

Answer: Yes, when using the Resume Manager plugin there will be a new option added when you create Subscription packages. Allowing you to charge a subscription to Candidates also. See the link from my previous answer for more information.

Hope this answers your question.

Fernando

Pre-Sale Question: Is it possible for people to pay to post or feature their resume?

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!

Yes, it is possible! You can charge Candidates when using both the Resume Manager plugin and WC Paid Listings plguin. Allowing you to create http://jobify.astoundify.com/article/643-creating-a-listing-package.

Hope this helps!

Fernando

hi my hosting plan has max_exe_time : 30, can I install your theme with that plan ?

Hey there,

Hope you are doing well today!

I would recommend changing that for better performance out of your website. If not it might timeout and limit the performance of your website.

Kind Regards,

Fernando
