We bought your theme a while ago and right now we have some issues with the header builder. Meaning that we can’t drag and drop elements into the header.. Can you help? We also tried to register on your support website using the purchase code but it’s not working for some reason.

i have three questions 1) Are demos used to create defaults for the theme? 2) If not is there a way to set everything to default? 3) there is a header on each and every page. I cannot find anywhere to remove or edit it. thx

We have used features available in the theme on demo pages. As for the header style, you can set in page’s meta boxes, please, check this page > Header style.

The theme does not have any activation features you just need to install the theme and activate it in Appearance > Themes. As for the bundled plugins, they work correctly without activation. In case you have any issues with the plugins, please submit a ticket in our support center.

I am hoping you can give us a hand with this. We didnt request any support during our initial 6 months… Would you please have a look at this plugin and the documentation link here: https://churchthemes.com/guides/developer/church-content/
It looks pretty straightforward yet I am not a developer. We are hoping that you would include these files in the next update or help us integrate them for our needs usingi the child theme. There are 7000 active installs of this plugin yet only a handful of outdated themes. I will help promote the fact that Native is compatible with the plugin, and maybe many of the 7000 will purchase the Native theme. Just a thought.

Hi, my client is looking forward to buy this template but before we buy this template. I tried to use the Tilted gallery advanced, but it is not responsive in mobile, its like the 3 images compact or squeezed. It is possible to make it responsive?

Hello! Do you use any cache plugin for your demo website of Native? Every time I open your demo, everything freezes. This only happens with your demo and also with a website of a client where I used Native to build the website. It takes (almost) forever to load. Hi! I have a problem (client website) when editing the page. Theme settings work only partially (for example, you can not choose the type of header – the color picker is highlighted and only this can be selected, regardless of the option in which I click) when visual composer is on. After disabling the VC, the problem disappears. Any advice?
