Hi,
From the WP backoffice, I cannot create a calendar or a form with Booking System.
The “save” button doesn’t make anything.
Any idea how to fix this?

Ok I don’t really get why, but it seems to work fine now. It could have been a WAF system that was setup on my hosting account. If I really 100% accurately pinpoint the source of the trouble, I’ll let you know, for now I guess we can close the “ticket”. Thanks for your very timely answer.

I have purchased this wonderful theme but have a few troubles/questions in regards to the WP Booking System plug-in that comes along with the theme.
1. The plug-in is a FULL premium version correct? It has all the same features it would if I purchased a premium version from the WP Booking System website right?
2. I’m having a small issue when I use the split color set up. It is showing three colors instead of the two that I have selected in the Calendar legend color. It appears to be showing the correct “available” color, a middle random color, and then the “booked’ color. How to I rectify this to only show the two colors? You can see the colors I’ve selected in the legend in the blue box in the image below.
3. When I enter dates into the section in the “green box” and hit APPLY CHANGES nothing happens. I assume this section is to add multiple days manually instead of going and entering EACH day separately on the right.
4. How do I set the calendars up to automatically select my minimum days (2 days) when they select a day?
5. Does the forms have an option to direct my customers to PayPal to pay for their reservations?

> That’s correct. It’s the full version of WP Booking System. We’ve worked out an arrangement with them to bundle the plugin for free, for our customers.

> That is the bulk updater, is it not working? I’ll do some testing on my end. For now you can also use the status dropdown next to date on the right of the green box.

Thank you. That custom CSS seems to have fixed the problem. One other small thing I’ve noticed with the availability calendars. When the page first loads you can’t see the booked dates, everything shows as Available. However, once I advanced to the next month and then back to current month they are then displayed. Would you know why that is?

I see what you mean. Hm, this is working on our demo and locally. I don’t see any JS errors, perhaps a conflict with a plugin or setting? Do you mind sending us access via https://themovation.ticksy.com/ or send us a list of all plugins active? I’d like to recommend deactivating all 3rd party plugins that didn’t come recommended for the theme to see if that helps first.

Hi. I want to know something before I bought template. If I have example 4 types of room and each types have more than one room, can your plugin synchronize with Ical ?
Thank you for your interest. With the bundled calendar (WP Booking System) each room needs its own calendar and each calendar has its own ical sync. However, the theme works with all booking plugins, including VR Calendar which I believe does what you are talking about, or it can sync both ways. A few people have used it with Bellevue and they are happy with how it works.

Hello, thank you for your interest. I’m not sure I understand 100%. You can add in as many calendars as you wish. The calendar and theme can be translated into multiple languages. The theme also works with most WordPress plugins so you can use any booking engine you wish

1 – The Room photos can be updated under Dashboard / Rooms / Edit (not edit with Elementor), then use the featured image area or “Alternative Grid Image” inside the room grid options.
https://cl.ly/1O2g3v1C2r0S2 – The ‘Invalid calendar ID’ is telling you that you’ll need to create a calendar and form under dashboard / wp booking system / calendar and dashboard / wp booking system / forms. Then add the ID up from the newly created calendar into the shortcode on your rooms page.

Thanks for that! Slight problem when I updated the featured image Dashboard / Rooms / Edit (not edit with Elementor), I seem to have lost the formatting to the page? Now when i look at the published page all the content is left aligned, in a long list, it looks like it did in the wordpress editor actually?
You should be able to go in and add a featured image and save without reformatting the page, unless you added something to the main content editor. If you click on ‘Edit with Elementor’ and save, you should be back to normal 
I have installed V2 by starting all over from the beginning. I am happy with Elementor but I do have some questions. 1. I can not set the column position to the right settings for Internet Explorer. The text in the column is always displayed on top over the header and Menu. On Firefox and Chrome it works. How can I modify this to work for IE? 2. How can I update Elementor to 1.9.2? The update button is not working in the plugins dashboard it reads 1.8.4.

As for #2 We have a buffer to release the new version of Elementor, to make sure there is is some quality control. We will be releasing an update to Elementor within the week. Thanks for hanging in there. So it looks like Elementor Page Builder uses Flexbox which isn’t 100% supported by IE 11 but is in Edge and all other browsers. If you want to support IE 11, you can use a spacer widget instead of the min height setting on the section, which should give you the same effect as min height. If you need more specific instructions on how to do this, please let me know. Happy to help.

Essentially we’ve forked Bellevue, so Version 2 updates will be through ThemeForest. V1 updates will be live through this page:

You are free to use V2, just try it first on a demo server, I do not recommend updating from V1 to V2.

Hello, thanks for your interest. WooCommerce has options for extra charges and I believe also discounts / coupon codes. It’s not per night but there might be a plugin that can make that work.
The big advantage with Bellevue is that you can use any booking system with the theme. We do bundle WP Booking (which is great) but if you want to use something a little different, you can. Easy to do that.

Thank you! That’s great to hear. We don’t have a pin yet for our Google Maps Widget but Elementor includes one that provides a pin. You may need to try theirs out to see. You can also embed a google map using the HTML widget

Version 1.9.1 is your best update. Version 2 is awesome but it’s a major rewrite so it would be like starting from a brand new theme.
If you wanted to start over from a clean install then I would recommend version 2. Perhaps you can setup version 2 on a demo / testing site, then see if you like it?

Hi guys, first of all: love the theme! Looks really beautiful. Before I want to make the purchase I’d like to know how the multi-language is supported. I can’t seem to find info on the subject other than this: “Multi Language support through WPML (certified), POEdit, Polylang and Loco Translate”
Can you please explain how this works in practice? In my experience all the language tools cost extra, but is this also the case? Can I easily (and free of costs) add two languages to the website?

1 – The plugin that we include (WP Booking System) does support outgoing sync via ical / ics. However, it will not import from other services. However, the theme works well with VR Calendar which does do two way sync. It’s very easy to deactivate the default booking plugin and include something else, like VR calendar.
2 – With WP Booking System, you would create a calendar for each room, so you can set a unique price, so the short answer is yes. If you have an alternative plugin you wish to use, you can easily do that. The room page can work with any system you like.

Hello, thanks for your interest. Actually, you can change the text in the email, there is a space to add your own custom text. There is also an option to include the booking info. The banking info will probably be included in the separate WooCommerce order email that goes out. I think you can customize that as well.
