Theme does not include a popup form and as for newsletter featureit is not supported by default, but you can use Contact Form 7 plugin which is officially supported:

The team shortcode has its own predefined layout and styles and there is no option to have it as a carousel. HI – I know how to generate the code and where it goes – it’s strange you want me to edit the template files to add it to the site though because usually that’s going to get overwritten every time you update the theme so i’ll need o keep doing that… To avoid having to do that every few months i would usually use an option in the theme settings to add the GA code or a plugin.

Unfortunately, we don’t have user demo available, but I can say that some of our users are using Polylang and are able to use it, anyhow it is limited as it does not have the option to translate custom fields which our theme is using. So you will probably be able to use Polylang plugin but you will not be able to translate everything. That is why we recommend WPML as it is both tested, compatible with our theme and has more features and enables you to translate the whole theme.

Yes if you import the demo content you will get the images as well but please note we bought most of images we are using on our demo sites on ShutterStock service. Unfortunately, we do not own copyrights for these images and we cannot sell them. You’ll of course get all images after demo import process on your installation, but if you want to use them on your live website you’ll have to purchase them from Shutterstock:
