Hi, the theme totally crashes, constantly ... 
I use WP 4.9.1 and php 7.1 with redis cache.
I have a very heavy server, and I allocate 1500MB Php memory limit, and the site gives white screens of deaths due to insufficient Entry Processes due to outdated and incompatible code / plugins.
The theme with demo content runs extremely slow … Really abnormal. The reason is that the theme and all its components haven’t been updated in over 7 months, so with the latest wordpress and plugins it crashes.

As I e-mailed you, in the backend it’s abnormally slow. I sent you the logins. Did you bother to check it ? I have a heavy server and it crashes constantly in the backend under your theme, as it is not properly updated.
I have applied all improvements as suggested in your post.
I just visited some pages one after another, and I get once more an error, even in the frontend.
Please help fix this asap, I bought the theme more then a week, and it’s totally unusable now 
I bought tons of other wordpress-themes on Envato, all which run very smoothly on that server, so there is really a serious issue with the theme.

I see that the old “js_composer” version you provide is 5.1, and the latest release is 5.4.5 I have WP 4.9.1 and I can’t even save composer blocks with your theme due to this outdated version !

Good evening! I can not install the purchased theme in my wordpress directory. After installing the applications comes the first problem: Pluggin “designthemes core features plugin” after being activated hangs all Wordpress and need to uninstall from the hosting site and start over from the beginning. After installing all applications for the fourth time and not activating them, I can not install the theme plugin. After processing 100% and trying to install it it says that there are no plugins installed – they are all in the directory but they are not active so the problem does not occur again. I need an urgent solution.

Good evening! -I tried to follow your video to change the images from the bottom of the home, but I could not. I think I misunderstood the place I want to change the background. I sent an e-mail to me for an image of the area that I need to change. It is the images from HOME that still have the copyright stripe as a watermark. Under review, I checked that there is no flaw in your service. Typically, this type of problem occurs because of restrictions in the country from which the site is accessed. You should ask the support person to check with the internet provider if there are any restrictions that prevent access to your site, as we do not block access.
From the image that sent us, the error message informs that it can be some blockage via firewall / proxy or problem in the network. These are points that should be checked as well.

Our internet connection is not blocking any of the websites and it is open to all. We do have 2 internet connections and in both we are having that issue. It is definitely a hosting side issue. Please ask your hosting team to whitelist this IP 183.82.250.203 and we ll check if it is working for us.

Hello! This is a great theme so far! But I have two little issues:
1. I’ve changed the social network links, but it seems that nothing changed. In footer they don’t work. There are the default ones.

2) Icons are not appearing correctly:
We have checked toy site the social icon are shows fine, the icon are comes from font awesome icons. Kindly check the fonts are installed in the following folder and for the other icons download the attached font file and paste it here then check the issues.
Go to wp-content > themes > psychiatrist > fonts > Copy and paste the following font.

Hi, the problem was that a temporal URL had been setup and it was causing conflict with some plugins. Nevertheless the problem was observed in different computers so it was not likely that you could see the icons unless they were cached. Take it into consideration in case a similar problem comes up. I get an error every time I try to upload the psychiatrist.zip file. I have tried to register on your support website but haven’t received a password. Please can you advise?
The error says “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”. It is a fresh install of Wordpress – no previous themes and no plugins activated. I have searched for a solution to this problem and everything suggests a problem with the theme zip.
I still haven’t received a password from your support forum almost 12 hours after registering.

While uploading the theme via WordPress, if the upload is unsuccessful with the error message ‘Are you sure you want to do this? Try Again’ it is likely that file upload limit is less than the theme’s file size. Kindly increase your file upload limit, alternatively upload the theme via FTP and install it.
Please check that your server has following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.

Thank you! I have managed to install the them now via FTP.
However, almost all of the recommended plugins have faield to install with errors such as “couldn’t connect to host” and “time out”.
I need to install these to setup the dummy data and start working with the content as I expected it to look as per your demo.

It seems that we can’t login your dashboard and FTP server. We get “ERROR: The password you entered for the username dionne.treasure is incorrect. Lost your password?” and 530 Login failed. Please verify the username and password supplied, and that FTP has been unlocked. Check your control panel or contact support for more information.Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server.
So kindly send us the valid details to import the dummy data asap.

I get an error installing the demo content.: Important: HTTP Loopback Connections are not enabled on this server. If you need to contact your web host, tell them that when PHP tries to connect back to the site at the URL `http://domainname.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php` and it gets the error `cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 2000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received`. There may be a problem with the server configuration (eg local DNS problems, mod_security, etc) preventing connections from working properly. what can I do

Please contact your hosting team regarding this issues “HTTP Loopback Connections are not enabled on this server etc”
This would be a server issue, not theme or WordPress related. Please contact your host and ask them to enable HTTP Loopback Connections in your server. And also please check that your server has following limits as explained in our knowledge base link.
