So how can I set that image? I have Page with background image selected and made the page fullwidth but the image does not show up at all.
I changed the name of the Shop page to Gallery and it became a regular page for some reason
First of all you need to set Shop page to display your products, you can do that from woocommerce settings.
Then set this page as Page with Image in page templates (right side when you edit your page).
And third thing you need is to set your image under the editor in page settings.

I’m not quite sure what exactly you want to make but I expect you need sizes of the images. Well you can change the sizes from woocommerce settings, just go to woocommerce=> settings=> products=> display=> product images

Hi, I think the demo content was not correctly imported… I managed it to fix the above problems that seemed related to Revolution sliders and pages of another theme.
The Bakery editor is not loaded, it seems a problem of that plugin, maybe because I have the last WP version.
I’m using as Home page 3D Parallax Hero trying to set 6 raws with 1 item to sell, with a left handed picture and a right handed text on each one. I managed to set the pictures but I don’t see how to add a right text. Is there a way to do that? Also I’d like to get the demo Google map but I don’t see it imported. I was able to add a Google map but without the expected style.

We have updated the theme few weeks ago, there was updated all the plugins, well you can update your Visual Composer to latest version from theme package.
Google maps has no special styles. You just add your address and it display it on your website as a map. Well with demo data or without, it will be displayed in the same way.

Honesty to say I’m not quite sure what you mean. When you press on facebook share button it appear on your facebook page. But with sms/message button after pressing you want to send sms to visitors?

Hello. We have an issue with this theme.
When the product is bought “Artday” theme return value -1 in stock instead of decreasing number of products by 1.
When we have 5 products in stock and one i sold it should return 4 instead of -1.
This theme is going to work as art print show with multiple sells per product with the limited edition. That means that we have to control how many copies of particular print is left in stock.

There is no snippet which you can simply copy and paste. In any case I can point you to add something like .ws-topbar{position: fixed;} in your style.css and then to see if it will require something additional.

Can anyone help me. I had used the snippets provided to increase my logo size. It worked fine for about a year and now, randomly my logo is small again and nothing I do will increase it again. First of all you logo is small in it self. It’s only 35px. Well if you want to increase it you should add to class you mentioned also height:50px; for example.

First of all, the logo that is up now is only 35px. I was forced to redesign my whole site to try to get my logo up since the above code was not working. The logo I was originally working with is 90px in height, however the code you provided does not work to increase the logo size. Again, I had already used that code and it worked fine for about a year. But now randomly the logo was appearing small for no reason, without my changing anything. Please advise what else can be done since the code you provided does not work. Thank you
You need or to upload bigger logo image, or to add snippet I sent. I just checked you still have 35×35 logo image and snippet is not added.

Can you please fully read my comment before replying. You’re not addressing the issue. I know what size the logo is right now. I ORIGINALLY was using a logo that was 90px (THAT IS NOT THE LOGO THAT IS UP RIGHT NOW) I had to change things around while I was waiting for your reply because the site looked horrible with a small logo. Even when I use a logo that is bigger (90px) and use the code you provided, it STILL does not make the logo any bigger. There is clearly a bigger issue here that just your snippet of code cannot fix. Please read comments fully before replying.

I guess you updated only the theme, but plugins should be updated manually. They will not be updated automatically after theme update. Simplest and easiest way to update them to delete and then to install again. Hope it will help you. Feel free to contact us if you should need some another help.

By default you can use it only as shop. But if you want to use it as a platform you’ll need some advanced changes. Or to use one of the special plugins. Honesty to say we did not tested our theme with this plugins, so I can’t say exactly how it looks.

2. You can also do that from CSS by hiding the cart. This is the most simple way.

1. The theme is fully responsive, well it work on all mobile devices. This thing was tested already many many times.
2. We kept all the default functionality of the woocommerce in our theme, so if woocommerce support you currency then you can use it also with our theme. But as advice, you can add you own currency with one of the special plugins.
3. Yes sure. But don’t forget to use child theme for modifications.
4. Yes sure. We have included most popular Visual Composer plugin with the theme.

First of all. When I use the support link in the theme I get sent to “GitHub” where I’m told that they aren’t the authors and they can’t help me. Then I don’t quite understand the support button in the theme?
I’ve just started using the “Artday” theme and when I bought the theme I got the idea that “Visual Composer” was included in the theme with updates – but I can’t activate the plugin with updates – I get an error message telling me that I do not own a licence.

As I remember we don’t have included any support buttons in the theme. Where did you find it?
What about Visual Composer, we try to keep all the plugins up to date with each theme update so you can update it from theme folder. Yesterday we realized new update with latest plugins versions.
Well sometimes you need new version but update is not coming, in this case you can request it from us via email, we’ll be glad to help you at any time.

I just downloaded and installed the new update, but I still get a notification that I have a outdated “WPBakery Visual Composer”
I get the following message: “There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. View version 5.4.5 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?”
At the moment latest version is 5.4.5 and theme version is 1.5.1

If I understand correctly now you have installed theme version 1.5.1. Well now just delete visual composer from plugins tab and install it again.
