Hi, your theme looks so good! I ‘m trying to understand something: we can add a a playlist or album from SoundCloud but is it possible to create a tracklist automatically without added track one by one? If I put URL of my album, how can we have automatically a list of all tracks (with title, artist from SC information) displayed? I read in comments, the tracklist appaear in the ajax player’s tracklist but is it possible on the site?

Soundcloud tracklist is procssed only in player. In content playlist, you need to add a track by track if you want to create an album. What you wrote was an interesting suggestion for future updates

Hello, Really like the look of the theme. if I purchase it, will the theme come with the Demo template? So I don’t have to rebuild each page like you have set in the demo. Also, will I receive the dark and the light versions of the template to switch between or will I have to purchase one or the other?

Presale question… Is there a way to make the player bar always show and remove the X that hides it?
Yes player can be visible all the time, you can set it in the template options. “X” you can hide by CSS no problem I will show you how to do it.
A couple of presale questions…
1. I like the design of the Zona player better than Noisa, it seems more polished out. Can I switch and make my Nosia theme have the Zona player ? 2. The UI of the player and other theme elements seem to be misaligned off-center. Is this intentional or is it a bug? 3. I have multiple artists that have multiple albums, does this theme support multiple artists? 4. Can videos also be added to the player to autoplay one by one in order? 5. Do you sell Scamp player as a plugin by itself for a third party theme?

Thank you for your questions and bugs report. Of course, we remove all the errors on a current basis and these will also be removed. Your other questions are about customization because by default this is not possible. All available options are shown on the live preview.

I’ve installed a clean version of Wordpress 4.9 and Noisa with the plugins and imported the demo content. Everything works fine except two things. The ‘Please Note’ message keeps popping up in the backend and in the customizer I can ‘t change the colors (under Personalizing). Any idea?

Hi before I renew my support I wonder if this is something you can help me with to justify the cost of support renewal. Since launching my website it is constantly crashing due to too many resources being used. I have never had this issue with any other Themeforest template that I have used to build a website. The tech support have to keep killing php services for me to get the website to reload. As a result the website is up and down like a yo yo. They have given me 2 options to get a developer to look at the website and fix the number of services running or move to a more expensive faster hosting package. Is this something you can help with if I renew support?
