Support is 50/50 sometimes good, sometimes terrible. Theme is filled with lots of bugs, that will apparently be fixed with the update, which was ‘in next 24hr’ over a week ago. Don’t buy the theme as it is now, broken in multiple areas. If the update somehow does fix all the bugs then would be worth buying.

Some questions plz 
1 – Here is my scenario: I want my clients to buy a package. But in this package, only the number of ads and the duration of the ad will be displayed. Then if the customer wants to put a featured ad or jump up, he will have to pay an extra (per unit). For example $ 1 for a jump up and $ 2 for a featured ad. All this while maintaining its original package. I use Woocommerce. Is it possible to achieve this?
2- For messaging, is it possible to send the message directly to the seller so that the buyer and the seller can continue their conversation by email afterwards?
3- With Woocommerce, ususaly, when a customer registers on the site, he must rewrite his name and address when he purchases a package. Is it the case with your theme? If so, is it possible to retrieve this information in WooCommerce to prevent the customer from writing the same information twice?

1. We are providing two type of plans. Pay per listings and Packages.
We have packages with woocommerce in which you can allow user to create free ad and paid. You can create different packages. Along with limited features and other one like premium along with raise up and featured option.
You can test our demo provided on item page and demos page.
2. Yes we are providing instant messaging system. User will can see messages in his/her dashboard inbox messages.
3. In packages with woocommerce when ever user will purchase a package he will needs to provide his required details. If he already registered on the site. His email will be already listed in the form.
If a fresh user (unregistered) will click to purchase package, Order package form will also create his/her account with the entered details.

Horrible assistance, because doesn’t exist any assistance! I’ve purchased, I paid 49U$, Because I wanted to buy this theme Classiads New, or Mintox. But when I opened the file I had a surprised doesn’t have the Theme that I wanted, that I paid to. I paid 49 U$$ to have the theme Classiads-New/Mintox, not another themes… So, how can we have a solution about it? It’s not normal at all, I am losing time, I need the Theme Mintox- Classiads New, nothing else. I wrote an email and I had answer like: selected some theme that is on this file, Mintox is Old version… I paid to Mintox.
you can use mintox as well if you want. if support team told you that its old version so yes mintox is belonged to old version we are already converting old designs to classiadspro as well, both versions are already included in download package, if you are not satisfied you can apply for refund thank you.
But didn’t have a Mintox in my file, so can you send me ??? you can see that I bought 5 days ago and I opened a ticket telling that I don’t have this file…I opened 3 tickets… so, have 2 possibilities, 1- how can I get the file Mintox? because it’s not on the file that I received, if notm How can I be refund?

Hi There I purchased your theme but I cannot seem to manage to change the currency in the search box to show South African Rand. It keeps showing USD. The price min – max filter shows $ and I need it to show R for ZAR. PLease help

Go to Wp > Classiads options > content fields > hover on price it will show you a configure link. Here you can change the currency sign for the listings.
When you hover on price content field you will also get configure search. click on it here you can set range etc.
