Hi, You can and do css changes via child theme but not code changes because major functionalities is driven through plugins.

Sorry but didn’t get your query clearly. You will send that package as link to provider email and by clicking on that link a page will get open to make the payment in order to get register? Is that you are referring to?

1. There is keyword field in the search bar… so if keyword match with provider service title or service description then it will show that provider in the search results.
2. No, we don’t have.
3. Address that is recognized by google. If latitude and longitude is not fetched from the address then it will show alert notification in the provider my account.
4. Yes we have option to import providers in bulk.

Hello, I have four active packages(trial, free, silver and gold). In the providers page/upgrade section I can see only three. If the active package is “Trial” I see: Current(trial), silver and gold If the active package is “Free” I see: Current(free), silver and gold.
Also, if I have silver, I can’t see the free and trial options. Only gold
It’s possible to see all the packages?
Packages displays in ascending order as they are given in theme options -> accounts -> packages…. so if someone registered to 3rd package then first 2 will not be displayed… because its about upgrading package and not downgrading.
Hi, my providers page doesn’t work. When I try to acces to any provider page is redirected to the home page. In the permalinks configuration of wordpress I have selected the entry option, like this: https://yourWebsite.com/page-example/
the link that doesn’t work is website.com/author/name-surname

You might have installed Yoast Seo plugin… so you have to enable a settings from seo settings.. Go to seo settings and then select Meta & Titles and then select Archive tab… and enable Author Archive and save the settings… this will fix your problem.

2. How can I crate users or customers from the admin?
Hi,
You need to setup Google map api keys in order to make city field populate cites, we have implemented Google place auto suggestion in the city and address field so you need to generate google map browser key and server key in your Google console account and put those keys in theme options -> general settings -> map settings. Once this is done the city field will start populating cities as suggestion on type according to country selected from country field.
You can add providers and customer from admin via Users section, you need to choose user role from Role field while adding customer or provider.

we have purchased your wonderful theme, however we got some issues. first, we didn’t get the “latest design” for home page.. 2nd, customer cant see invoices ? 3rd, both customer and provider schedule areas showing bookings at wrong dates box (one day ahead). any solution??

How do I get the service finder page title on other pages please? So I want to have the title and tagline function on another page e.g my blog page but I can’t get it. Please advise.
Those tagline and title section is specifically designed for home page sections only.

You can upload those po and mo files in the language folder inside service finder theme folder. So basically path is wp-content/themes/service-finder/language

Hello, in our branchs it would be nice if in addition to the fields of the address you could add a title, a phone and an independent mail, most of the companies that have several offices have different data for each, also in the hours should have possibility of adding more than one schedule per day since almost everyone here has split schedules. and in the mimebros however if you do not fill in all the data you can not add it, and it would be nice if they were not obligatory since some only add it with informative, photo name and a little more. Thank you.

We bought your theme and I did the translations in. fr with Poedit 100% (1472 strings) and translated the WP job manager plugins. However, when you want to register to publish an offer or register as a customer, there are words and phrases that are not translated. I think it’s the finder-booking plugin, but I can’t find any places to do the translation. Even with Loco translate we can’t find the “character strings”. we even tried with string locator.
