Borderland (Bronco) Homepage Buttons haven’t worked on pointing to “Self” setting for over a year for me. Kinda defeats the purpose of the border looking theme if I have to send them into another window “Blank” setting entirely from my homepage just to make sure the button will work.
I know I’ve made tickets about this before. I can’t pay for another year of support without someone being able to fix the original problem I had.

Very nice theme, cool design. Your checkout page is just an ordinary one. It seems you people have not considered that as part of your theme. You must customize that too, like cart-items on right, and something more fancy.

Hi, I am very interested in purchasing your theme but just wanted to ask if in the galleries it is possible to show image titles and captions/descriptions. I like doing this on my current site because the title at least gives some information about the image and I use the description field for displaying EXIF information. Thanks in advance!

When installing Borderland, Visual Composer is not working at all. The plugin installs as WP Bakery Page Builder, but isn’t available on any pages, and has a long list of shortcodes it no longer supports (all pivotal to this theme). What is the solution to this? My support has expired but this renders the theme unusable.

I love your themes (Actually I bought two of them in the past). Now I’m using Borderland… but I’d like so much to switch to Kreate (it’s gorgeous).
I worder if the transition from one of your theme (in this case Borderland) to Kreate (or another of your theme) will be problematic (theme-related shotcode, elated specific content for wpbakery and stuff like that).C
Can you help me sharing your opinion on this?

Since all items regardless of theme author needs to have unique text domain and functions according to theme name, custom Visual Composer elements won’t work when you switch from one theme to another, so you will have to recreate elements on some of your pages where custom VC elements which comes with the theme are being used. Also note that WordPress is saving menu locations and widget poisons per active theme after activating different theme you also need to save menu to new menu location and to reorganize widgets to widgets locations available with newly activated theme. Final step in this process would be to configure theme colors and other options.
By knowing this, you should consider using some coming soon plugin or if you don’t want to have down time at all then you should migrate your live site to local installation and then adjust everything with your new theme and finally migrate website back to live server.

I have created a portfolio page: mydomain/myportfolio1 I have some number of items on portfolio1, but if I click on any item it will redirect me to the automatic permalink mydomain/portfolio-page/item1. I know I can change “portfolio-page” permalink under Portfolio Single Slug, but is there any way I can use the portfolio page link I have created like mydomain/myportfolio1/item1 with keeping the original design of the myportfolio1 page.

Unfortunately this is a default WordPress function, all the custom post types need to have this slug, so you cannot remove it.

This way you will know what was the last known working version of WooCommerce that is compatible with our theme.
But, we are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.
Also, please note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical to a theme functionality. So you can try and see if the latest version is working without issues on your end.

I did try to submit a support ticket, not to request support but simply to give you feedback, your support system doesn’t allow general feedback so i’ll have to post the issues on here.
I have a couple of issues.
The first is to do with the profile info box which shows on blog posts, image 1006 & 1007 show the issue with the p tags.
The second issue is with the portfolio, when adding url’s to the additional info field, this is not a clickable link on the front end which would be useful, image 1010 & 1015 show the issue.
To resolve for now, i’ve removed the profile info on posts using custom css and created my own additional info section using visual composer for each portfolio item.
Please note, the urls in the screenshots may not show the issue as i’m developing and have found workarounds for now.
