Hi! I’m interested in your theme, but my host have those 3 limits: Memory limit (memory_limit) 200MB Maximum File Upload size (upload_max_filesize) 100MB max_execution_time 300

Hello, My developer tested the theme on my web hosting and he says that the theme DOES NOT support RTL fully, it does support it only about 10% and there is a lot of apparent mistakes in it, here is some of them in only Homepage! Please tell me if we can make it support RTL 100%

Don’t install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself. The downloaded package contains documentation,child theme etc. So unzip package and find actual theme folder then install theme.
Try following ways,

2) Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes – > Add New > Upload Theme > Browse the actual theme zip file and install the theme.

Hi, I installed the demo content following the steps within Unyson, but there are some problems with uploading photos. I tried to upload my photos after more tries because it appeared the HTTP Error. Hi I just purchased and followed the instructions on the demo content, I have installed it but how do I get rid of the cog icon which allows to showcase the different theme colours?
Sorry already found the option, now I am having an issue, trying to upload large image files (Dimension wise) and getting a http error, but when uploading smaller images its fine? Only getting it with your theme, other wordpress sites I installed never got this issue.

I’m experiencing 20 seconds delay using visual composer. When i press edit, the lightbox takes too much time to show content.
Please update the theme with new visual composer version so i can update it and check this issue.
I already consulted your documentation about theme speed, dont bother to post it. I’ve checked the server, it’s not about memory, only CPU.
This is a server that we use with several themes and without any problem (many of them have visual composer too).

Hello. I am currently designing a homepage using your theme and had a question regarding the icon boxes. The demo content has a shortcode within it for a button. This shortcode does not have a way to actually link to anything (see below).

Hello! Just installed the theme and have run into an issue. I am attempting to install the demo content through tools > Demo Content Install. I’ve tried three times and have repeatedly gotten this message “The execution failed. Please check error.log”. I have increased the Recommended PHP Configuration Limits as suggested, but am still encountering the same issue. I saw that you emailed the xml file to another user in the comments previously, I was hoping you could do the same for me. I am under some time constraints so I would appreciate being able to upload manually instead of troubleshooting this more. Thank you!
