If you take a look at the source code of original functions.php file from the theme (you can take a look at installation package from ThemeForest), you will notice that there is no reference to REQUEST_URI on line 73 – in fact, there is no reference to REQUEST_URI in the entire theme.

This means that your functions.php has been modified and that you need to investigate what modified it – it might be that you have some kind of malicious script on your server which needs to be removed.

We suggest updating the theme with current clean version for ThemeForest and investigating other scripts on the server including WP core and third party plugins.

Hi, theme comes with demo content which can be imported and modified. Images are included but they come with somewhat lower quality for two reasons – one is the speed of import and the second is that images are not licensed for third party use, just for demo presentation purposes. Most of web hosts offer WP support so that should not be a problem.

Thanks for reaching out. Please find the answers below:

1) Gravity Forms will work with the theme – you would need to implement the proper on your own though since the theme does not include css related to Gravity forms markup.

2) You have the option to use:

- classic footer widget area, - static page as footer or - both (widget area is displayed below static page footer in case you decide to use both).

The content of footer static page is inserted into the page’s markup dynamically and it gives you greater flexibility in terms of layout comparing to widget area columns since you can use page builder to insert sections and all available page elements if you want. It is up to you to use it or not – it really depends on your needs. You can always control if footer page will be indexed separately using Google Web Master Tools settings – it certainly will not exist in menu structure so it will be hardly reachable by crawlers anyway.

3) The css is necessary since it dynamically overrides default css with values set by the user in customizer and page options. You can always minify it using any of the caching / minify plugins available.
