Dear Sir/Madam, I just I have today bought your amazing theme. I have a problem and need some assistance. The problem appear when i installing Energy Demo Content. During the installation i recive following error: “Table name is more than 64 characters: fwbk_wp(my domain name consisting 10 letters)_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions”.
I Have tried to uninstall woocommerce, reinstall it, deactivate it etc. the problem is still there during the installation

Do you know about any issue with the theme that can cause high CPU usage? An incompatibility between a WordPress version or the theme?
My WordPress version is 4.7.9.
I have some difficulties since days, and my host provider confirmed that my high CPU usage cames from the Web Site. Every time the Web site is restarted, the CPU usage drastically increases.
I deactivated all the plugins but nothing seems to work. Now, when I want to access to my Web site, the loader is shown indefinitely, like if nothing could be loaded by the the theme.

After disabling all the extensions, search for corrupted files, etc., to find out where the problem came from, I decided to revert all the web site to a previous stable configuration. It seems to work now. Honestly, I don’t think the problem came from the theme. An update of Wordpress or a plugin probably caused the issue. I just don’t know which one.

We’ve discovered an issue when hosting on Pantheon. The ‘Page Builder’ extension doesn’t’ work in GIT mode. When we switch back to SFTP mode, we have to re-install & activate it to work. 1. Yes you can use the theme with directory plugin, but you will have to purchase that plugin separately, all good directory plugins we know are commercial.
2. The them comes with a backend page builder made by Unyson, we use it for all our themes. It’s free and robust, also it does not require buying license for activation.
3. We did not created special wigets for adds, but sure enough Google Adwords block will work fine even if you add them to usual text widget.
4. Child theme is included in the package.
