Hi, In the provider menu I don’t view the “Team members” and “Bank Account info section” options. I check it in the theme settings and they are both activated. Any solutions? Thanks

Please make sure “Staff member” capability is enabled under package for that provider or please check whether team member menu is turned on from theme options -> provider settings -> provider menu.

Are you referring to commission on booking? If yes then no because commission can be charged either from customer or provider but not both at the same time.

The demo home page 5 plus style 2 in the settings does not look like yours. The search is different with some ugly drop down arrows. The cover that goes behind the menu is not there and so other. Let me tell you what I want to develop: 1) Vendors should be able to create services/packages from their account. The services will work like product. We’ll display the services in different pages. Any user can click on it to view detail page. User can contact the vendor by sending message. Can also book for the service 2) There should be membership for vendors. Vendors need to pay monthly fees, which should be recurring payment through paypal and stripe 3) Vendors should be able to receive payment directly when a customer makes a payment for his/her service. May be using paypal or stripe 4) Both should be able to provide review and rating to each other.

Please let me know if the above mentioned functions are available, or possible to implement without much effort. So that I can buy the theme.

All features are available in the theme except that there is no option to display vendors services as products on different pages and clicking on them will open detail page…. what we have is that vendor can add services from his my account with price and service type e.g.fix, hourly, per person….. and these services will be published on his public profile so customer can view their services and book those services… as you can see on our demo.

When user posts job do they have ability to add photos or video so service provider can see in detail what is needed for job? also upload file? If not is this available as custom work from you?

In the city field only registered providers cities will be populated so as soon as you start adding providers then their respective cities will start populating.

While creating my site, I have found few issues.

I have setup all social media logins and working everything fine. But when I am going to click in front-end Sign up > Customer > FB/Twitter/G+ button after the registration, new accounts created as ‘Provider’ account. This should be ‘Customer’ account. Yes, such option available. Paid job posting option can be turned on from theme options and admin can create plans for buying job connects and customer has to choose plan in order to post job, each job posting will count one connect.
