You can find and edit this section from WP Admin Panel >> Blocks and find and edit the footer block.

And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

We have tested our latest theme and do not find this issue the issue you are facing may be because of any third party plugin confliction so please once check your site after deactivating your site all the third party plugin hope you will not find an issue if yes then contact us through our support system we will check it for you.

When can we expect the next update that addresses many issues. On Individual product pages sticky header does not work in desktop or mobile, nor does the mobile menu open nor does the sidebar toggle open either in mobile. I have sticky header set globally and in the individual product pages?

I love this theme but it’s not responsive on the mobile devices. The top menus and the mini cart on mobile devices are overshadowing my social icons. Also, since using this theme, it has made my site run slower. I have received so many alerts from “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content to minify js to minify css. I’ve been working all day to correct this and would love to receive your help on this.

On the mobile devices, the products display are out of order, giving the site a tacky look that I’m very unhappy with. I couldn’t change the color of the footer menu (theme options) so its left white when I wanted it to flow with the color scheme of the site. I followed the directs but still didn’t receive the results that I was looking for.

For mobile mini cart position issue please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and set its value as per your requirement.

This issue mostly occurs when your theme is not uploaded and installed properly or your server requirement does not meet the latest theme and plugins minimum requirement so please update your theme again and upload it via Cpanel but after making sure that your server requirement must meet the latest theme and plugin requirement your issue will solve if not then contact us through our support system we will check it for you.

Presales question: I want to buy your theme but I notice a difference between Chrome and Safari: Productpages show correct on Chrome but in Safari (MacOS) the price, description, cart button etc are shown below the product image. See this screenshot:

what is diffrence between Porto | responsive word-press + eCommerce theme and Porto – Ultimate responsive open cart theme

WordPress and Open Cart both are different platforms so the Porto versions for these both platforms are different from each other WordPress version do not work/compatible with Opencart and vice versa.

Hello my support is expired but i don’t have enough money right now to renew hosting i have a small issue i install an example site on my subdomain just for testing purpose of this theme some months ago when i importing the demo so its asked for purchase code so i put there and import the demo and than i delete that site with database now the issue is that i am building my personal website and want to importing the demo but giving me error that register your theme or purchase another license or unregistered from the previous site and the issue is that previous site is not available and i am stucked so please help me and tell me that how can unregistered that while the site is not avaialable
