Products category tags are not being displayed on shop page anymore like they used to. Theme, wp and woocommerce are up to date. All other plugins are deactivated.

Is this because your WooCommerce template files are out of date?

I’ve updated to the latest version of woocommerce which was supposed to be a minor update and it appears to have broken something in your theme. On the single product page my product gallery images are now aligning vertically along the bottom left of the main product image.

Hope an update comes out soon as my product pages now look super unprofessional.

It has broken parts of your theme:

flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 3.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.2, flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 3.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.2,

After the update my product images have shrunk: https://effects.photos/shop/ Also slider revolution isn’t displaying the sideshows any more. https://effects.photos/product/alive-color-presets-volume-1/ Before and After section.

Can you please release an update to fix these issues?

I have the same bug as this client with the latest version of Flatsome and WooCommerce 3.3.3:

“After update to 3.5.1 the password field disappeared from checkout page. It was working before. I am using Woocommerce 3.3.1 and I have disabled Guest Checkout option in Woocommerce configuration.”

Instagram feed doesn’t work (images doesn’t load) I have the latest (3.4.0) version.

After the latest update my catalog image size has changed. Now the “Display” Option under Woocommerce Products, where i used changed it, is not being displayed anymore. is there a new theme option for image sizes which i can’t find, which disabled the woocommerce sizes?

Hi there – just updated to WC 3.3.3 and noticed that the additional product images on my product page now align under each other rather than in a line under the main image. Been into UX Builder to see if it perhaps the update changed this feature but it hasn’t. Note, I have ensured the template files have been updated as per other people’s comments above. Everything works in Safari, but in Chrome, menus don’t work, contact forms and maps don’t show up, and lazy loading doesn’t work either (I had to disable to have images show up)

For all of you getting errors with Nextend Facebook and Google, this is normal as this plugin was replaced by nextend social login and it is not supported by flatsome at the moment.

This Error happens when Flatsome is active but not Woocommerce – Can you fix that please.

Also in the Mobile Navigation Menue there is a last Nav Point “WooCommerce not Found”
