Hi there,
Both demos are for the price of $69 since the Jobify theme available for the $69 price.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi,
Can I pull in jobs from other jobs boards with this theme? Or create a link through to them at least?
Many thanks
Hey again,
Out of the box, you can create the Jobs for your website. Either manually or by importing them through a list.
Anything beyond that you can try using plugins that back-fill jobs on your website like Indeed, or ZipRecruiter.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi,
Your changelog is not up to date? You say the latest update is Feb 2018, but your changelog only shows up to September 2017? Could you please fix this so I know the full updates?
thanks
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well today!
Please find the most recent list of updated here. You can always reference the ‘readme.txt’ file in the theme files. This will always have the latest theme changes.

Hello, is it possible to create subscription packages (with recurrent payment) ?
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Yes, you can enable Recurrent payments! See here: How Do I Charge Subscriptions to Post Jobs?
Hope this answers your question.

Hello, that’s perfect for me. Just one question: if I purchase this theme will I have exactly your demo site ? I mean is there a quick start package include ? I’m not usual of wordpress, I’m more a Joomla user. Thank you.
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well once again!
Yes, if you follow our Getting Started with Jobify setup guide. It will set your website up like one of our demos. Just ensure you have all appropriate plugins and the corresponding plugin content will also get imported.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
I need “change log” update too please, with the last few releases – myself and multiple others have had to ask for this, would love if you can include this with releases on your site and in the zip. it’s so essential. Thanks for all your hard work, just need to know what it is!

BUG REPORT: Your latest theme updates still break the WP Job Manager Indeed & Zip recruiter integration. I reported this 5 months ago and you advised the next update should resolve this issue yet there have been at least 3 updates and still broken. Any update?
DETAILS OF BUG: All Indeed & ZipRecruiter listings now display the same or wrong dates across the board, instead of the actual date pulled via the API.
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today!
Can you confirm you are using the latest version of the theme or at least version 3.8.3? That version will address the issue. Also, make sure you have valid jobs of your own. Does this also occur on when you activate another theme like TwentySeventeen?
Let me know.
Fernando

Hi Fernando. I tested with the latest version of the theme and the issue still occurs. The Jobify version before the latest showed all the same dates on ziprecruiter and indeed, the latest version of Jobify still breaks these plugins but the dates show random dates now, not all the same, but still not correct either. You can easily confirm this by visiting an ideed listing and seeing that the job post date is different than the job post dates displayed on the Jobify WP Job Manager Indeed listing. To confirm your second note, we do have valid jobs of our own. Activating another theme such as TwentySeventeen resolves this issue. Appears it’s a WP Jobify issue.
Hello again,
Thanks for following up.
We will be taking a closer look into this. Can you also confirm you are using the latest versions of the plugins? For the Indeed integration, make sure you have version 2.2.0.
Let me know!
Fernando
Just downloaded the the most current version. The CSS file references version 3.8.3 and the readme.txt change log references version 3.8.4 dated 1/30/18 as the current version. What is in the 2/2/18 release?

You are right, it looks like the file might reference the old theme version, but I assure you if you downloaded the latest version again the files will have the updates, even if you see it is labeled as 3.8.3.
Hope this helps!

Fernando

I have updated the IF MENU plugin which I think comes with the theme. However the latest update to this plugin broke the website. Not sure if it is a conflict with this theme or more widespread issue with the plugin and with WordPress in general. To resolve issue, I went in to the site via FTP and deleted the IF MENU plugin. The site then worked again (albeit without the IF MENU). Do you advise any workarounds to this issue?
Hi there,
This seems to have been an update issue with the plugin. Since this issue has been reported a newer update has now been released and will no longer cause issues to your website.
Should it still occur, please contact the plugin developer and they can look into the issue.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
My theme updated and broke everything please help. Listings failing etc. Major issue
Hi there,
This would not be the case unless there is a conflict between a plugin and the theme. That or a plugin has not been updated. In order for us to better assist with this can you kindly submit a support ticket and we will be able to take a closer look.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
I added 6 job types, but it just shows four of them. what should I do to make the other two job types display?
Hey, again!
I saw your support ticket and have not heard back.
Let me know if you still need help with this though our support channel.
Thanks,
Fernando
Hi, one question before I purchase your theme. Can companies edit their company profile? I couldn’t find if companies can for example add a company description, URL, company Logo? Where can these infos be uploaded?
If there isn’t a company profile – do they have to fill in the info every time they upload a job?
Thank you! Annina
Hello Annina,
It is great to hear from you today.
The Company details can be submitted, with the Job Submission page. The lower portion of the form is where you can fill out the ‘Company Details’. Although the fields will be available to be filled each time, the Company Details fields, will be pre-filled where appropriate if the user is logged in and has submitted a job in the past.
Hope this answers your questions.
If you do have additional questions let me know! Kind Regards, Fernando
Hi Fernando, thank you for your reply. Just to make sure…. the company logo will stay saved once a company has uploaded a logo?
One more question: is it possible to upload a PDF with the job description? If not would it be possible to get help generating a code for this?
Thank you so much!
Annina
Hey Annina,
Yes, the Logo will be saved and not be changed if you use a different logo for another Job. See our demo. Each job has their own logo and it was all created by one single user account.
As for the Description, it will need to be entered to the Description field. It can’t be uploaded as a PDF file. Unfortunately, your question is a customization request. We don’t offer custom work right now or provide consulting on how to customize your theme. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend WP Curve, Envato Studio or Codeable if you need help customizing your website.
Hope this answers your questions.
Fernando
Hi Fernando, thank you. Too bad PDF upload isn’t offered – usually all our companies want to upload a PDF. How about Gifs or Videos? Is that possible to enter into the description field? Will the admin be able to edit jobs? For example change text or change a logo if needed?
Can companies see how many times their job was viewed?
Thank you! Annina
Hi Fernando – could you please reply one more time?
Thank you!
Hi again,
Hope you are doing well today!
Question: How about Gifs or Videos? Is that possible to enter into the description field?
Answer: There is an option to upload videos and display it on the Resume page. Images, besides the Candidates profile image, is not possible out of the box. You will need to create a new field to upload additional images or Gifs. This can be done using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.
Question: Will the admin be able to edit jobs? For example change text or change a logo if needed?
Answer: Yes, the Admin can edit jobs and make changes.
Question: Can companies see how many times their job was viewed?
Answer: Yes, using the Stats plugin.
Fernando
Thank you so much! I am now using another Job-Theme, but it’s time for a change. We would like to hide the resume part completely (which is possible right?). Only companies will be able to add jobs. Too bad the PDF upload isn’t possible without customization – everything else sounds great. You don’t by any chance know how much a customization for this would cost? Unfortunately this is a must have for us, as we are work with advertising agencies (www.medienjobs.at).
Hi again,
If you do not wish to have the Candidate features, simply do not use the Resume Manager plugin. This is what powers this portion of the Extended demo.
Unfortunately, I am not sure of the cost. This is not something we implement ourselves. You can add a field to upload PDFs and just display a link for users to view the PDF, but the file will not be added to the actual content of the page. A new field can be added using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
Hi Fernando, thank you! One last question (I promise). Most companies don’t want to upload their jobs themselves, but prefer us to do that. So is it possible that the admin can upload a job under the name of a company?
Yes, you can upload the jobs on behalf of the Employer. The admin dashboard has a Jobs Dashboard for the Admin to fill all corresponding content on behalf of the user.
Hope this answers your question.
Fernando
It does! Thank you Fernando!
Bit of advice before hitting the upgrade button on woocommerce
Your theme (Jobify – Extended) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
Jobify V 3.8.3
Hello ,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Thanks for bringing this up! You do not need to worry. Using the latest WooCommerce update will not affect your website when using Jobify. We will be releasing an update soon in order to rectify this, but until then, you can dismiss the message and still continue using your website as normal.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi I have got your email about a new version but looking in the control panel it isn’t showing an update available. I have the API set?
Can you manually update the theme?
The update addresses the issue of not getting notices for the update. See here.
Hope this helps!

Hi I have some pre-sale questions: 1. I do not want Jobs to be published by companies, Admin publish ads on behalf of companies. Is this possible? 2. I want only candidates can register. Is this possible? 3. I want to manage application as admin. 4. Can we hide resumes for visitors, only admin can see resumes? 5. If we need customzation what is the price range?
6. Can we add custom fileds to resume?
Hello,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Question: 1. I do not want Jobs to be published by companies, Admin publishes ads on behalf of companies. Is this possible?
Answer: Yes, the admin can do that. Simply remove the Job Submission page and the Admin can create jobs from the back-end.
Question: 2. I want only candidates can register. Is this possible?
Answer: Yes, that is possible. You can remove the Role selector to prevent the ‘Employer’ Role from being selected.
Question: 3. I want to manage application as admin.
Answer: The Theme will come with the Contact Listings plugin which allows users to submit applications and for them to be emailed to the Employer, or in this case the admin. If you would much rather manage all content internally within the WordPress dashboard, you can look at using the Applications plugin.
Question: 4. Can we hide resumes for visitors, only admin can see resumes?
Answer: Yes, you can remove all resume widgets and the Resume search page. Allowing the admin to manage the Resumes from the back-end.
Keep in mind in order to enable the Resume feature, you will need the Resume Manager plugin.
Question: 5. If we need customzation what is the price range?
Answer: Unfortunately, we just don’t have the resources to offer custom work right now. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend WP Curve, Envato Studio or Codeable If you need help customizing your theme.
Question: 6. Can we add custom fileds to resume?
Answer: Yes, using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.
Hope this answers your questions.
Fernando
Is it possible, that companies pay per post?
Hello there!
It is great to hear from you today.
Using the WC Paid Listings plugin, you can charge Companies and Employers to submit jobs. See here.
If you do have additional questions let me know!

Fernando
Do these versions(Woocommerce 2.5.x / 3.x) of woocommerce fit into this theme ?
Hello,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Yes! WooCommerce 3.x+ will work with Jobify!
Hope this answers your question!
If you do have additional questions let me know!

Hi, I am trying to improve the Candidate dashboard. It currently shows only candidate resume. Is there a way , we can list the jobs that have been applied for?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today! Really sorry for the delay, not sure but my comment must not have gone through.
Unfortunately, the dashboard page is generated by the Resume plugin and the plugin does not offer the option to display the jobs that Resume profile have applied for.
Sorry about that, but hope this answers your question.
