In the theme documentation, in the “Booking Form” section, to use the proposed template, I am asked to copy the shortcode present in the “reservation-form.txt” file in the “Demo Data” folder. ”.
In the “Demo Data” folder, I find a txt file “theme_options” and an xml file “demo” but no file “reservation-form.txt”.

same thing for the file “demo-content.xml” which is not present in the folder “Demo Data” whereas that is indicated in the documentation.
It seems like you are using the outdated documentation. This is the correct documentation.

Hi,
you can create a custom color scheme, including those gradients. Please check out this tutorial to give you an idea on the whole process since it is little bit more involved.
Quick contact info actually is automatically expanded on bigger screens (check out the demo on a monitor with higher resolution). It is not possible to have it expanded on smaller screens since it would clash with the menu.
That plugin should work but I obviously can’t guarantee it. However if it won’t and I won’t be able to help you with it, I can give you a refund of course.

Hi there. I am trying to edit this theme for my client. my client purchased the theme for another person who did their webpage. The other person is no longer around, and it seems they did the website from a child theme of Beautyspot that was purchased. I am trying to edit the color scheme but cant find any files such as library/css/skins like the tutorial is telling me. Is there any way for me to change the color scheme of the fonts and background overlay color for the header/sidebar?

hello, I notice exploring demo , that the appoitment form, allows more than 1 times to close an “appoitment” for the same day-time ........
My goal is customers who wish to close an appoitment be able see the available slots, and ofcourse not allow 2-3 users select the same day-time as appoitment. \

this theme does not offer booking system. The appointment form is just a simple contact form.

I have set this up locally but there is an issue with the WPBakery not actually showing the elements in their editor. I can still see their shortcodes in the classic editor but not in their builder.
Say when I am adding a container/whatever I can click “Add Element” but it will never be shown on the builder.
I am currently running on the latest wordpress (4.9.1). The bundled version of WPBakery is 5.4.5.
Is this because I am on the latest version and WPBakery does not support it? Any ideas?

the default WPBakery Page Builder elements are not supported by this theme. Here is how to enable them, but again, I do not support them so I can’t guarantee they will work:
Open the wp-content/theme/beautyspot/includes/visual-composer-settings.php and remove all lines from line 15 to line 47.

This is when I try to insert any element, including the theme elements. The layout cannot be seen. I am running PHP 7.2.
Try to switch to a Twenty Seventeen theme. If the problem is still there then the issue is either within the plugin or your server environment and in that case you will have to get in touch with the plugin author.
It is very strange, I enabled the front-end editor (editing your PHP) and I can edit from there fine, just the back-end one is seemingly non-functional. I shall try the editor without your plugin on the 2017 theme. Will report back to see how it goes. I can’t get support for WPBakery as you state though…
Well, as you know, you will need your own license to get support from WPBakery, but that is the same for all themes which bundle a premium plugin. There is nothing I can do with it.
It appears that WPBakery does not support PHP 7, I reinstalled wordpress on PHP 5.6 (and the theme of course), works wonderfully now. You probably should let people know that PHP 7 isn’t supported (unless I skimmed that).
It does work fine for me on 7.1.
After installation step by step on clean WordPress instance and import demo content (demo.xml + theme_options.txt) i do not see theme like in preview. All plugins and widgets also installed successfully before. I see only simple grid. I tried three times in clean WP instance
