Hello! Im interested in buying this theme today and I would like to use the Demo Univerisity 2 (https://educationwp.thimpress.com/demo-university-2) but the mobile nav is broken. Is it possible to fix it so I can use it?

Could you please create a “vanilla” demo…so everything would be imported as required for the site to function and set-up BUT with no additional content (posts, images, pages unrelated to the course/lessons/system)?
I would prefer to create my own designed pages with a ready to use foundation site imported 
(in that sense it would only have pages, post that is needed for learnpress)

Hello, we installed the Theme local and after online installation everytime the location of the thim-style-options-css is wrong. The location link is localhost:8888 and not www.milezo.at

Now you want to make it to 350px-486px (same width, reduce height) => the image quality will be down, are you sure you still want to do that?

Please go to menu Eduma / Plugins then search for “event” and you can see the integration addon for WP Events Manager and WooCommerce.
After install and activate that one, in event payment setting, you will see WC Checkout option

We use WooCommerce and Paid Membership Pro to handle memberships to Learnpress courses. We also use coupon codes in Woo to provide free access to the course membership levels.
How do we set expiration dates for a membership level but keep the courses in the students account?
Also, how do we add courses to the membership level – but not allow them to appear in students accounts whose membership level expired?

If you use the membership integration, those courses access will be disabled when their membership expired, and it will available when the membership is renewed.
We have a complicated setup. We use Paid Membership to create bundled courses. For students to access bundled courses, they checkout a Woo product in Woo Cart and then enters a Woo coupon code to gain free access to those membership bundled courses. No orders are in Membership Pro.
So technically, we do not control expiration dates at all in Membership Pro. Do you know what settings we would need to put in place to do this?

It’s a process in WooCommerce and Paid Memberships Pro 
, and we cannot change that. So sorry. This addon should create a PMP order, not just only use WC Checkout to buy a membership.
I recommend you to feedback the plugin author in this case.

hello, we bought and we have been using the theme for a few months but now our host is warning us that we were attacked by a virus that uses a PHP script and uses the forms of the site to send SPAM emails.
The firewall blocked the sending of the email and the provider confined the virus to the folder ”/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/mybjsyvr.php”
The provider is claiming that this could be some flaw in the plug-ins or theme.
- Have you ever had this type of attack problem before? - Have any of the plug-ins used in the theme already been attacked or do you have a problem of this type? - Do you recommend what kind of action to eliminate the virus and this type of attack?

We not get any similar reports before. It might be due to a plugin, I think but it will not belong to us, maybe some other plugin in your system.
In this case you will need help from your hosting manager to remove the virus.

About the issue with Media Grid, there is a JS conflict and it’s quite complicated to fix it, please give us some more time.
The theme make plugins updates this this problem appears, you can check Carousel Posts and Gallery images disappears from the home page regarding it is present in the page builder.
