I am having problems using the Google font Exo 2 within the Theme Options > Typography settings. When choosing Exo 2 font for Menu, Main, and Headers families (or independently), the site does not load that font for some reason. It all drops to generic system fonts only. All other Google fonts I try seem to work just fine, even plain Exo font works.
In web inspector the CSS shows “font-family: Exo 2;” with a warning of “Invalid property value”.
Any ideas?

I found in your documentation “You don’t need to install Visual Composer plugin, please install the one suggested by the top notification.” => but it doesn’t work.

Hello! Thanks for contacting us. You can’t activate the plugin with the theme purchase code. The theme comes with the prepackaged version of that plugin. If the plugin developer releases an update, we update theme pack with the latest version.
And you set my ticket as solved….... Any ETA for a release ?
What version of the theme do you have?

I replaced the template default wizelaw logo in the upper left header with my own logo to test how it would look (please see below screenshot URL for reference). For the right side of the header I typed in my phone # and used normal stylized font. I am now trying to replace my logo on the left side and just type it in using the same style as the phone number on the right side as it is easier to read, but can’t find the area in wordpress to adjust the left part of the header using same font and style as the right side? Why is your support forum for this Theme locked on your site? https://austinwebdesignseo.com/pt2/ I’m having an issue at 1300px or so and less the menu gets pushed down below the header and the button as well gets squished. Looks good above and on a phone but not on a tablet.

Then i tried to open a theme via gt3 forum, these was closed by your support Employee Jane Clarks at 30 Oct 11:21 am by this text: “The forum isn’t available for support anymore. We will provide support via GT3 accounts. Please register your profile in Product activation area in your theme. You will get access to your account in GT3 end. We provide support only to the end customers. In your case, the purchase code belongs to another user.
If you keep posting such comments you will be reported to themeforest. Once again, if you purchased the item from another account, you have to post all the support requests, comments etc under that account. This one “qubano1 ” is the wrong account.

You can do that manually in your GT3 account” ) while working on local and production environments – that doesn’t work for me, your system throws an error on deactivation! for local installation… If I will use the same domenname for on my local machine and on hosting will activation work on both machines? ok, I installed locally, but haven’t registered right away, after that local installation is active, but I can’t nether deactivate it, nor bound to account, – show red popup saying that error occurred. I registered at your forum with my code separately, but support forum is very unfriendly as well, I can’t get why the thread with this template is locked where should I post request with purchase code?

It’s easy to assume that I don’t get what you mean, because contact button on menu leads to forum… “Contact form” that only mentioned on footer line, I will leave this message here in case anyone else will have trouble finding that

Ok, thank you, I was able to activate and register on your actual support site, I was quite confused and disappointed after registration on your forum, because it seemed to me that was your support system. I still didn’t get why nether registration nor deactivation work for me from my local wordpress installation, which lead to my problem, but I hope you will figure out how to fix that in the future..
