I tried entering API Personal Token with Item ID, it kept stating its incorrect. Besides auto updating, how do i update the Theme each time it has new updates?
You can update the theme manually from Themeforest package or automatically with Envato Market plugin. I guess you meant this plugin. I think you try to enter API key not token. Make you sure that you ave created token with these items checked:
- View and search Envato sites
- Download your purchased items
- List purchases you’ve made
- Verify purchases you’ve made

I think it still say that it’s not recognized or incorrect. Perhaps I’m using a dynamic ip. May I know how do I update the theme manually? Will my information and product details be gone?
We have some instructions in our documentation how to update the theme. But also I advice you to make an backup before, well if something goes wrong you’ll be able to restore everything as it was.

Why are my product images being cut off? I have played around with image sizes and product images displayed on the category pages are still being cut off.
for example a tall lamp. you can only see the stem where asi want to be able to see the shade / top half of the image.
How can i fix this?

Yes at the moment the sorting by default is by date. Your last products are on on top. But you can change that order from woocommerce settings.

Sure you can have multiple products with different prices and sure you can set variable products. We kept all the default woocommerce functionality in our theme, well you can use all their functionality and little more with our theme.

We have detailed documentation included with the theme. But you don’t need to spend much time to set the theme similar with our preview, you can just to import the demo data with one button. And after few seconds to get the website structure with pages and settings absolutely identical with our preview.

2. Yes sure, you can set the as default woocommerce functionality because we kept all the default features of woocommerce in our theme.

1. You can get 4 boxes very simple, just duplicate them. You can simply do that with Visual Composer. There are duplicate button.
2. This is a simple widget, well you can set it from Appearance=> Widgets. And when it will be added it will be displayed on all pages at the bottom.

Hi, how can I change the color of the menu font? I am using the parallax homepage but have changed the layout so it is not a background image behind the menu, just white, which means the white color of the menu makes it seem like there is no menu there! Strange because on the other pages the menu font is black. I have tried changing elements such as menu-item etc but nothing changes.

ok homepage is art-in-ink.co.uk and you can see the menu is invisible because the font color is white. Click on another page and the menu is visible because it is black!

It was made special for first page with slider or image under the navigation (as in our preview). But you don’t have video or slider there, just white background, this is reason why the items are not visible. I can advice you to use another navigation style in this case, especially navigation style 4.
Or if you want only this navigation style, then add these lines in your style css and change the white color to black or grey as you want
.ws-header-transparent .ws-navbar .navbar-nav li a {
color: #fff;
}
It should solve the issue.

One more question in relation to this site – on the homepage we have 2 rows of products. The horizontal images fit fine but the vertical images get cropped off. I was trying to apply the object-fit:contain to them so they would display fully. Added it to .ws-product-bg img but it didn’t work, can you please advise?
It’s due to your image scale I guess. I can advice you to upload images with bigger size and then to regenerate the images, or to make all the images in portrait scale to avoid from start that effect.

we try to keep up to date all theme files and all bundled plugins with each theme update, well in next theme update all the files will be updated. But until that time you can use the theme without any worries, there are simple notices that don’t change anything and don’t affect your functionality.

Hello, An “Uncategorised” product category was added to my website after WooCommerce update. It can’t be deleted or hidden. There’s no products in that category. It’s still showing on front and backend after update 3.3.1. The reason is not in any of the plugins or the theme. Is there any way to solve this problem? Thank you!

When you buy a theme with some bundled plugins you never get separate license for plugins, only for theme. But the theme already include plugins. We try to keep all the plugins up to date with each theme update, well you do not need to activate them for getting updates. In any case if plugin can be updated but theme update is not coming you can ask for latest plugins versions via our support email at any time.

Hi I have enabled the Ajax option on Woocommerce settings, but when I add the item to the shopping cart it reloads the page to update the top Cart. Does the Add to cart button not have Ajax option?
Also, when I add several units of a product, when I unfold the top cart it does not show how many unities I added, it appears its name, the price of a single item and the total amount. Is that per design?

First it’s the cart that is not fixed it scrolls out of menu on mobile when you scroll the page up and down. Second bug is the cart page responsive on phone 6 i think its 480px . But what mobile device you have? I just checked your website and our preview on several devices and everything is well.
If you want to left only the cart icon, you need to replace it in woocoomerce/config.php file.
And third issue with cart you mentioned, you simply forgot to set your cart page from woocommerce settings.

When you scroll the page both text or cart image there is a bug , as you will see the cart or the text is going down , it doens’t stay fixed in the header. The second bug is the cart page responsive. On 767 px is well but on 480 so iphone 6 is not well done

Yes we tried to include these feature, but encountered some difficulties. These pages are generated automatically, not added as pages in wordpress. Well the image can be only one for shop and for categories. Only one way to make that is manually from code.
