The theme consists of 99% from the “nicdark shortcodes” plugin that we continue to update with new features. We update the theme only if there are problems with some premium plugins, if there are no problems it does not make sense to upgrade because all new features will be added through the nicdark plugin.

Good evening, The visual composer plugin version is old 4.11.2.1 when currently are on 5.4.2. Is there any change to update theme and plugins soon or somehow to receive a newer version of the WPBakery Visual Composer ?

the visual composer version provided by the theme hasn’t any errors and problem with the latest wordpress version so at the moment we can keep that version, however at the end of this year our intention is to update all our themes and all plugins in it so we will update all plugins of this theme.

I currently have a client for whom this theme could be appropriate especially since it seems crazy !. Before I buy it, I would like to make sure.
Here is the project:
My client wants to transmit his know-how through a site where he could sell his tutored recipes in videos.
The idea would be to set up a system of “Pay per post / view”, or the user, to access the page of the recipe chosen, will have to pay access. (Plugin?)
When the user wants to buy a recipe, he must create an account. He will then be able to find on his account, his book of receipts (orders made) with all the receipts of which he has already paid access (we will not make him repay a right on a recipe that he already bought…).
In the idea, with this theme, I would like that after the addition to the basket of the recipe and then the payment, a link to the recipe page is generated and integrated into the recipe book.
So basically, here are the features: - a site in the form of an ecommerce via wp & woocommerce (or the products here are pages with video tutorial + text)
- the user must be able to create an account in order to pay to have access to the page of the recipe in question
- once the payment has been made, the customer can access the page without paying, via his recipe book (orders on his account) or directly in the searches
Can this theme allow me to do this? If I use plugins, I can think of what type of plugin? If I have to develop, what should I ask the developer to do what I want to do with this theme ??

I know my support has expired. I can not use the official support tool. I feel my issue is a serious flaw that needs attention, not just for me, but for others that may already have this theme and/or want to buy it.
I have used your theme for a few years and just upgraded to the latest version. I am noticing on your themes, when you use the menu on mobile, it will not work properly. The menu shows, but if you want to select an item that takes you to a section that is anchored on the same page (like #team_section), it will scroll down to it. However, the blur is still there. And, if you then tap the screen, it then scrolls back up to the top.
This problem happens on my site, as well as your demo’s on themeforest while on mobile. I have used different browsers that do this behavior, as well as using my computer browser mimicking mobile does this too.
If you would, please advise. If you can’t, I understand, and I will move on to another theme.

First time I find a theme with so many problems! I give up, I just bought a much more reliable, Cordially
