Sorry, there is no way to import the demo content with out unyson plugin.
What kind of hosting do you have? Do you have a shared linux host, and have access to cPanel?
If so, you should be able to do this yourself. Just log in to your cPanel, and click on the icon labeled "PHP PEAR Packages" (in the Software section). Next, in the search box (underneath the "Find a PHP Extensions and Applications Package" heading, type in "zip" and click the Go button. On the next page, you should see a listing for Archive_Zip - simply click on the Install link on the right hand side.Trying to add the zip extension on the “select PHP version” page.
Log in to your cPanel account.
Click Web Hosting.
Next to the cPanel account you want to use, click Manage.
Click cPanel Admin.
In the Software section, click Select PHP Version. Your Current PHP version displays.
To change your version, from the PHP version menu, select the version you want to use, and then click Set As Current.
You should be able to just put a check mark by ‘zip’ and then save. You may need to restart your PHP processes for the change to take effect through.
Note: If you want to manually select PHP modules available to your account, select another 5.x or 7.x version instead of native (5.4).
You can use this to manage runaway scripts or get your account’s PHP initialization file to take effect.
Log in to your cPanel account.
Click Web Hosting.
Next to the cPanel account you want to use, click Manage.
Click cPanel Admin.
In the Software section, click PHP Processes.
Select the processes you want to manage, and then click Kill Processes.
Note: If you don’t see any processes here, it means that none are running for you to kill.
Ending a process kills all current connections to the process. Any users connected to the process will have to reconnect.
If you wish you can import the demo content with WordPress importer plugin with xml files.
1) Go to Dashboard > Tools > Import > Install and activate the WordPress Importer plugin and click Run Importer option to browse the XML fiel and click import button to import the demo content.
2) Then update the permalinks from Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.
3) Change the home page from Dashboard > Settings > Readings.
4) Update the menus locations from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Menu Locations.
5) Add slider to layerslider or revolution slider and add it to the home page using the slider options below the editor section.
Note: Make sure you have installed all the recommended Plugins before these steps.
