Hi ! Pre sale question

1- job alert ? Candidate receive email when new job with their criteria is posted

2- resume package ? Employer dont post job but pay for viewing candidate profile and contact them (maybe. Like 1000 resume viewing pacjage or unlimited ) 3- recurring monthly payment option (for Unlimited job posting) 4- editable email template? 5- job custom field, employer custom field, candidate cystom field 6- french translation provided? 7- does vidéo url support aws s3 bucket ? 8- indeed backfill

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today!

1)Yes using the Job Alerts plugin, you can receive alerts when a new job is posted matching your search criteria.

2)You can look into using the Packages plugin to charge users to view content on a Resume page.

3)Recurring payments requires the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin along with the WC Paid Listings plugin.

4)The theme does not generate any emails, you can use plugins to adjust the email templates.

5)This can be handled by the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin. Allowing you to manage your form fields.

6)There is a French translation available. You can further translate the theme yourself if needed using Poedit.

7) They do not, unfortunately.

8)Using the Indeed extension this can be added.

9)If no restrictions are implemented through other extensions, you can let anyone submit an application.

Hope this answers your questions.

Fernando

Thank you for your quick answer.

4) so plugins does ? 7) you think maybe with some code custumisationi will be able to put a video player that support s3

4)Using a plugin like this one: https://plugins.smyl.es/wp-job-manager-emails/

7)It would need to be implemented through custom code.

You can set a default duration under Job Listings>Settings>Listing Submission.

Hello,

I am trying to connect to support but get this error every time I try to connect when logged in to theme forest. Connection failed. Envato user “gopixel1988” already connected by another account.

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today!

Your current Envato account looks to be linked to another user account. Do you recall ever creating another account on our website? I would try to login to that account as your Envato account is linked to it. Try using another email you may have to log in to https://astoundify.com/

Hope this helps!

Hi, please ask to consider answering the following pre-sale questions:

1. Is it possible to change the layout or design of the default template of Vendors pages? And create new pages and make them linked to packages?

2. How can the theme make the Bookly or Booked plugin available in the frontend for the Vendor to manage their bookings?

3. How can Vendor manage their bookings through Frontend using WC Bookings?

4. Can the vendor add coupons through the frontend by avoiding it to the backend?

5. Does the theme have any limitations on the number of lists?

6. Does the theme use native Wordpress functions, and can iterate through all posts or categories?

Thanks, Regards

Hi there,

I saw you post these questions on our Listify comment board. Unfortunately, Jobify does not have these sort of features. See my response for your questions on our Listify board.

Kind Regards,

Fernando

Hi, please ask to consider answering the following pre-sale questions:

1. How can I offer and customize different packages for each type of list for vendors? I need some additional plugin or the theme itself supports this feature, how to do this?

2. Can I set recurring payments to automatically receive every month, week, day, or even year?

3. How does time make it possible for Vendor to be able to sell products, services or events directly from the frontend?

4. Does the theme have a manager for sending personalized e-mails and SMS?

5. How do you have a personalization to send e-mail to Bookings?

6. The theme provides a way to aggregate and manage Vendor Affiliates and Website Administrator, how can this be done with your theme?

7. How does the theme manage users and subscribers who review? Is there any way to keep a management to engage them to participate in campaigns from the Vendor or website administrators?

Thanks, Regards

Same problem here like IBOS-Group. Emails are not sent to the company but to the admin. Pls answer here so that everybody gets help. Thank you.

Hey there,

Hope you are doing well today.

The most common cause would be that your Contact form might not be configured correctly. See here.

You will need to make sure to follow these steps correctly if you are using Ninja forms: Ninja Form Configuration

Make sure you create the hidden field and then pass the Hidden field to the ‘TO’ field. This will pass the fields contact email and assign the Employers email at the time an application is submitted.

If you are using any of the other two plugins follow the corresponding steps.

Hope this helps!

Hello,

I have multiple job offers that are expired but they still appear to public.

- In the wordpress admin in “All Jobs” they won’t go to the “expired” section even if they are outdated. - On the front via shortcode [jobs] they still display too, even when expired for months.

I have checked the option, “Hide expired listings in job archives/search”.

Everything is up to date, did i miss something or i got a bug?

Thank you for your help!

We only want to use it so users of our software can find a professional that can help them install it. Those professionals have to post a paid listing on our website. Can this theme do the trick and which paid plugins do we need for it to work for us? Listing must expire after X weeks and/or be autorenewed.

Thank you.

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today.

Jobify is only meant to be used as a Job Board, not so much as a Freelance Service Platform. You may be able to get away having users submit their information as a Job and users can contact them, but it might require additional work to make it into a Freelancer website.

You can Create Subscription packages to charge recurring payments every number of weeks for user Job Submission with the WC Paid Listings and WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.

Hope this answers your questions.

Fernando

Thank you, we’ll look into it.

Pre Purchase Question – Can you create content pages that are similar to the home page? Do I have flexibility to build pages similar to page builder with your widget system? Can the blog page layout be changed around?

Hello there,

Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!

Yes, it is possible to create content similar to the Homepage. You can use the widgetized page template to allow pages to be configured like the homepage. Allowing you to add widgets to the widget area.

Hope this helps!

In light version (without paid plugins) is possible: - view the job offers after registration only - view the candidate offers after registration only - make payment registration for employers ?

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!

Question: view the candidate offers after registration only

Answer: Once a Employer submits a Job they will be registered. From there any application will be emailed to them.

Question: view the job offers after registration only – view the candidate offers after registration only

Answer: There are no restrictions to restrict viewing jobs without premium plugins.

Question: make payment registration for employers ?

Answer: You would need at least the WC PAid Listings plugin to charge users to submit jobs as Employers.

Hope this answers your questions.

Fernando

new way: employee – free registration, free add the offer and free aplication for employer offer. emplyer – free registration, free browsing the offers, paid adding offer and paid aplication for eployee offer (or subscription version).

Can I do these? or what paid plugins I need?

and in the shop can I add free package of posting (promotion for 6 month from start site)?

Hi,

I have a problem and I need to solve it somehow. Most of my website users speaks Greek, but I have a lot of employers who speaks only english. The employers will not translate the job ads. So I can not have a full multilingual website. Is it possible to translate only the parts of the website that are used by the employers. So it will bilingual only on the job submission pages, and employers pages.

Is it possible with Polylang or WPML?

Thank you

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today.

I believe it should be possible. You will need to use Polylang and create the pages you need for each language, like the job submission pages, and jobs pages. Any other page you can keep in one language and add links to the other language for other users to navigate accordingly.

So I do think is possible, but will require some additional work to have user properly navigate to the correct page.

Kind Regards,

Fernando

Can you please recommend a plugin to be modifed and used as salary estimator? I want to save a database of jobs, education level, number of years of experience and salary.

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today!

Unfortunately, there is no Salary Estimator feature or plugin available at this time. This would need to be implemented and integrated into WP Job Manager.

You can use the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin to create custom fields for jobs if you need. This will allow you to create new fields for education level, number of years of experience and salary.

Hope this answers your question.

Fernando

are you using which premium plugins for this demonstration ?

https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/extended/

because I would like to estimate the total cost of my project, I would also like to leave the possibility to the candidates to deposit their CV in their profile.

Hello there,

Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!

You can see a list of the plugins used in our extended demo, here.

The Resume Manager plugin, does have the option to let users add their Resume file. You can then allow it to be downloadable from the Candidate page.

Hope this answers your questions.

Fernando

thank you for the answer.

Many people do not seem satisfied with your theme, especially for customization, we do not customize the theme, this is a big problem for me.

https://themeforest.net/item/jobify-wordpress-job-board-theme/reviews/5247604 I use elementor, why not make compatible with this marvelous page builder ? (widget creation)

Hi there,

Sorry about that.

Unfortunately, we have not gotten around to providing support for a plugin like Elementor. At this time it is not something we are looking to implement and add official support, but we can consider.

Kind Regards,

Fernando

I am having some trouble when sharing my job posts to Facebook, and to a lesser extent Linked In. When I share, either as I post or after, it comes out looking three different ways, and I want to find a way to standardize this. They either look like this: http://www.eslbeat.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/1.png (maybe 20% of the time.) this: http://www.eslbeat.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/2.png (75% of the time – that is my site logo that is appearing by default as the thumbnail I guess, eventhough there was a logo and a featured image set) or this: http://www.eslbeat.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/3.png (10% of the time)

I can find no pattern as to which the post will take on, as they are all created with the same specifications. I would prefer them to look like number 3, but I really don’t like number 2, and I cant figure out why it is taking on that shape most of the time.

Any insight as to how I can fix this apparent bug?

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today!

Jobify allows sharing jobs and content on social media, but unfortunately does not have a feature to manage how to content is displayed. You may want to look at this article to help with this. See here.

Using the Yoast SEO plugin will allow you to manage the content and image displayed when you share a job on Facebook or social media. See here for more details.

How can I change/translate “CONTINUE READING” Button text? I tried “say what” plugin (https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/406-translate-a-single-word) but it doesnt work. Best regards, Sebastian

Hey Sebastian!

Hope you are doing well today!

You can still use the SayWhat Plugin to edit the text of the button. It might be that you entered the original strings with all uppercase letters. The Original String should be as follows: ‘Continue Reading’

As for the domain use the ‘jobify domain and you are set to change the text.

Should you have additional questions, please contact us through our Support Channel! We will be happy to assist with any more questions you may have.

Kind Regards,

Fernando

Thank you very much. It works :-)
