Hi there. Thanks for interesting. 1. You can create different categories. About commissions. You have 2 variants. 1. You get money for each property submission. 2. You buy and add Membership Job Manager plugin. in this case user must pay you to get listing details page. 2. Now we have option contact to Listing owner via contact form. Soon we will add private messages. 3. For sure you can customize theme, but you have to understand that you have to spend your time or order someone how customize it for you. Deep customization means that you have to install child theme and add custom css and edit php templates. 4. I have big bundle pack. Several plugins I provide by request. You don’t need to buy anything. You have to activate Reviewer plugin via my ticket system. 5. it Depends of your wishes and knowledge. 6. yes. Which demo access do you want to get? 7. If you want to add additional functionality or extra plugins you have to buy by yourself. – Home page, about page, etc uses page builder. Job manager uses templates. We use the most powerful Reviewer plugin with tons of settings. You know. This is template with some basic and advanced functionality. It’s a good start for any project, but you have to understand that you can extend functionality using additional plugins and custom development. For Jobmanager we have 5 single listings templates. 4. I think yes, why not? 5. Do you mean widget? For sure you can implement, but you have to develop it by yourself. 6. Sure. Vendor can add coupon https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan/vendor-dashboard/coupons/ 4. User has frontend dashboard only for Dokan plugin. if you use free WCVendors plugins it has backend dashboard.
Hi, great theme. Is the theme capable of supporting at least 25K listings with categories and locations (about 20K cities, states and countries)?. I bought another theme, from another vendor, which use some native Wordpress functions that sometimes iterates all posts or categories, even to show only 10, crashing my server. 
It depend on your server, not the theme. If you use free and shared hosting you have to ask your hosting company about capable. I used hosting $20 and $169 per month and now differences:)

I am looking for a new theme for an existing classifieds site, preferably with native radius/geo filtering. Will this integrate well with existing listings that use custom post types? How is the geo data stored and filtered? Is it a custom field for lat/long… or something else?
Hi, I’m not sure that you can integrate current listings with our theme. We use Job Manager plugin. Maybe you can export your listings to CSV and after make import, but I can’t guarantee that it works fine. Job manager is intergrated with Google maps API. You write address and plugins converts to custom fields lang and long

we have just got few other themes and lost some money with them since they are all not working SEO wise and also technicaly. Question: do you offer refund in case we can use your theme for what we need it. Or is there a demo version of the theme, just for testing the features in the backend.
