thank you, my regular license doesn’t seem to work anymore, I am unable to sign in. Basically can just the dfd plugin with wpbakrey be upated? or would the parent theme need to updated as well. I just need to the old version of visual composer to the new version of wpbakery bundled with theme. thanks

Hi,
I love the theme and am thinking about buying the extended license in a few months if everything pans out and is totally compatible for my needs. As of now, there are a few conflicts and wanted to seek your advice/ input as to how I can achieve my desired outcome.
I feel that most of the requests I leave in this comment are simple fixes/changes although I have some other requests which will probably fall under customizations/ paid changes.
Lets start with the simple stuff: 1. how to change the header Icon that triggers the slide in side menu? (currently appears as three lines stacked.
2. I want to display a shortcode output in the topbar. I’ve tried to use the “text” field but the doesnt work.
3. I need to display user avatar and user icons in the header. This data is generated by another plugin im using and he is currently generating the code I will need to place _ to achieve this result. I need to know where to place this code.
4. Please make Native compatible with KONG builder, a recent release on code canyon. Check it out, pretty sweet. Also, Native is not compatible with Elementor builder. A (FAST GROWING BY THE THOUSANDS WEEKLY) Plugin. I do not use elementor but it is very similar to KONG.
That’s it

Hello! thanks for the good work! incompatibility of the work of the plug-in WP Super Cache and contact form. When validating, it gives an error “JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data” in the firefox. In Google, the error is “Unexpected token <in JSON at position 0”.
When you turn off caching, the contact form works fine. This error began to appear after one of the updates.

Hi, I am trying to add a head style created from Header Builder, But I want to make it transparent for my Homepage, I did select transparent in Top and Botton header Bars But it doesn’t work, It still shows white bg color. Only font color takes effect but background colors don’t get transparent. Please help me asap

One more question – when uploading custom icons from IcoMoon, I’m getting a HTTP 500 error after hitting submit… is there any reason this may be happening?
I had no trouble uploading custom icons when building the site on a local server, but for some reason its giving me trouble now when I try to do the same thing – but on a live server.
Any thoughts?

I need to update WPBakery Page Builder. The installed version is 5.4.5 and the current new version is 5.4.7. I followed these instructions: http://nativewptheme.net/support/knowledge-base/how-to-update-the-plugins but it didn’t work.

Hi,
We purchased this theme and are trying to do customizations to it but it is not allowing certain changes to be made.
When we select Catalogue Mode, it says it saved the changes but then it switches back to Add to Cart etc..
When we select to change the Main Site colour. It says it is changed but then switches back to the default colour.
When we try to update the Social Accounts again it says it is saved and then no changes are made.
We have tried in Chrome and Safari and the same thing is happening. Have clear cache and refreshed but nothing is working.

Please, I’ll be really grateful … I tested the site on a fresh install where I get a nice Shop, but there I have another problem: all the custom css doesn’t work … They work in Customizer but on the real site they do not. I’ve tried to disable plugins, switch from chilt theme to main theme, paste css into Child themes styles, paste them into theme custom CSS … It’s really frustrating because we have a really short deadline.
