Hi there, there is an option to make the carousel start from a slide different than the first, and also an option to choose the carousel alignment. You can find them in the gallery editing screen, under Options > Gallery.

if you want to disable the exif block you can add in your function.php file in your child theme the following: add_filter( 'thb_superba_exif_glossary', '__return_empty_array' );
Concerning the description, when you edit a gallery just click on the “edit” button on the thumbnail and add your description in the “description” textarea.

When using the carousel slider, it suddenly stops with the last image, with a blank space, and it’s not possible to continue the same direction. How can we make this a loop, so when it comes to the last image, it just continues in the same direction with the first image again ? thanks

But how can I get rid of the flashing, disappearing screen when I navigate through the page? Do you know what I mean? Because it makes the website feeling slow although we use http2 and caching enabled.
From what we could experience your website is actually pretty fast here. The “flash” is the browser reloading the page, and there’s nothing we can do about it. In other themes (such as our own Agncy https://themeforest.net/item/agncy-creative-modern-portfolio-wordpress-theme/20494013) we’ve implemented a preloader effect that prevents a visitor to see the flashing and also loaded the images differently, but not in Superba’s case, as it was built years before.

our lightbox allows you to choose between dark and light skin as your can see in our demo (dark skin – http://demo.thbthemes.com/superba-photographer/project/dolor-cursus/)
The skin can be changed from the theme options metabox in the page editing screen under the “choose the modal skin” select.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I know this option, dark or light skin, but it works only with page templates (like Album – Grid). It is different if I add a section to an empty page with photogallery and add some photos to it. However, when browsing through a mobile device, on the check-out page, the delivery country cannot be selected, the drop-down simply wouldn’t work when tapped. If I try from a desktop browser, it works without an issue. Would you please have a look (from a mobile device) and try to buy an item and get it delivered to your country. Hi, thanks for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, double tap does not work as well. I have tried it on iPhone, iPad and Android device. It looks like this particular drop-down is not functioning properly when viewed via mobile agent. The dropdown for T-Shirt size selection (on our t-shirt products) looks a bit different and works well on mobile. P.S. I could not open a ticket on your site after new registration (iso82 username), because I cannot select anything – “I need help on” is blank: ”-”. Please let me know via email how to contact you, as I also have a video showing how the drop-down would not work at all.

the lightbox functionality can be disabled from the “Theme options > Lightbox” panel in the admin. The gallery builder block allows you to disable locally the lightbox functionality but a link to the resource will be always created, unfortunately we haven’t an option for that in the galleries but you can use the image builder block and the builder grid system to create a section with logos or images without links.

I really love this theme, but I still can’t get gallery images to load quickly enough on mobile platforms to avoid seeing the blank image outline and alt-text. I’ve tried using small files (150 KB) and digging through the theme options, but I’m guessing the only solution will be a small line of custom CSS (which I haven’t discovered yet).

Great theme! I’ll probably buy it.
But something is wrong in the demo. When you open it in a small screen the menu is not visible when you click on hamburger icon. Seems like this class html.responsive_480 .thb-theme-layout-b .thb-mobile-navigation is putting a display:none there.
