Figured it out. I had to find the dropbox link that was in a PHP file, download it, go into FTP client, delete the revslider folder in wpcontents, then manually upload the revslider zip file.

Please understand that the scope of support is problems related to theme and not regarding migration. Migration is complex thing and depends on many things like server setups, the versions of PHP/mysql etc.
I can suggest you to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ plugin that I use myself and works 100% of the time so far for me.

Please understand both are separate products. The WP has its own limitations and usage. It is not as flexible as plain HTML where you can do anything per page basis.
WordPress is a CMS and needs ability to control everything from backend and thus there are some difference. If you mean the animations, you can turn them on from themeoptions.

I am not sure what you want to say, Yes the product you bought is not a plain HTML , its WordPress(You bought PlumberX theme).

I tried doing it in the core, but its unnecessarily increasing the load. And as this is not something most users need, so I suggest you use a plugin to make it work for you. I searched and found these 2 plugins which might fix the issue you are facing. https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-specific-menu-items/ https://wordpress.org/plugins/different-menu-in-different-pages/Apologies for extra efforts and let me know if you face any trouble.
Quick question before purchase:
-Does Woocommerce need to be enabled in order for this theme to work? I wouldn’t require woocommerce at all and would rather keep plugins to a minimum. Also, the shopping cart can easily be removed from the menu then?
-Does the theme come with the stock photos?
-How easy is it to translate the theme? Loco translation integration?
