What error are you getting? Please note: Elementor working with the PHP version at least 5.6. So please check your web server PHP version and upgrade if its lower than 5.6

If you have PHP version at least 5.6 on your web hosting server then both plugins should be worked together. So please check your web hosting server PHP version and update it if its lower than 5.6.

We have checked the issue on Samsung device with our demo and we didn’t get any issue, may be you have miss configured the slider settings. Cause we can see your other pages are displaying correctly on Mobile device. So please check the slider or re create new slider.

Hello,
We bought the theme and are trying to install it. Everytime we upload it through filezilla and acitivate the theme in wordpress, we get a white screen. This disappears when manually removing the theme with filezilla.
What could be the problem? Any idea? Could the problem be that are server is running on a previous php version?

Okay, have you downloaded the full pack of the theme with documentation where we have the latest version, if not then please download the full package with documentation then extract the theme pack and upload the “avas” directory via ftp and try to activate it, if you get the white screen again then please enable the wp debug through wp-config file then send us the error message so we can tell you what is the issue.

If i remove these lines in the functions.php, I get this line “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[’ in /var/www/domains/borgart.nl/subdomains/dev/wp-content/themes/avas/inc/elementor/init.php on line 18 ”.
Can you please advice what to do?

I updated the server php and it seems to work. Thanks for the advice. Regarding the purchase code: I can’t remove it, so I did a request to remove it.
I bought the avas theme to use with the business option, but even though it says it comes with slider revolution, I couldn’t find where in the zip file that it installs that. It tells me that slider revolution is required in the plugin requirement box, but I do not know where to get it from if it is included.
Please advise ASAP…

Hi, After you activate the theme there will be display a message box top at WordPress back-end where there will be list of plugins that need to be installed. Slider Revolution should be on the list and you can install all the plugins from there. So please install and activate the theme first.

Thanks for the quick reply. I see the box with the required plugins and it does list Slider Revolution, but there is no link there, only the words Slider Revolution in bold and when I do a search of WP plugins, it doesn’t come up in the search.

Hello, i have a problem with subheader menu. Nearly i finished my website but when i deactivate subheader menu, the site isn’t openning. It is writing fatal error call to undefined function bddex_sub_header_default()in…...etc. My website design doesn’t look well with subheader, so i don’t want to use it. What error are you getting? Please download our full package with documentation then extract the compress file and upload “avas” uncompress directory via ftp then try to activate the theme via wordpress admin.

How do I edit the colors in the hamburger menu when on a mobile site.

In the templates for the blog is not connected Elementor plugin, when editing pages of this template through Elementor gives an error and the text: “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page. ” How and where to connect the function in the template?

For now we have integrated Elementor for page only not for blog section but if you need to use Elementor on blog template then we will integrate it in our next update
But you can still use Elementor to create new page and add blog element, sidebar etc to make new blog template. Thank you.
