I tested my site on Google PageSpeed and got some tips to improve the loading time of my page. The first suggestion was to delete JavaScript and CSS blocking rendering in content above the border.
I wonder if this could cause some harm to the theme and if you have a way to do it through the settings.

Google is not suggesting to delete any file, if you delete any javascript and css from any of theme then no theme will work correctly, you need a web developer who is expert in website loading speed optimization and familiar with Google PageSpeed.

Hello. I´m adding a background video for my main banner using slider revolution. I selected repeat on the general settings but still. My video finishes and it doesn’t replay as I want. I want that video to replay every time that it finishes. Can u help me with this please?

Hello. I’m having a problem that actually came out of nowhere. I just installed the demo “Business”. I was customizing my page as I always do. Then suddenly the name of my page appeared on top of the main slider right below my header with a big white space and I don´t know how that happened. I didn´t do that and I´m 100% sure I didn´t do that by mistake. Now i´m trying to remove that and I just can’t find how to fix it. I’ve been customizing my webpage for hours and now this happens, I don’t want to re do all I just did. Please help me out with this problem. Thank you

May be you have changed the page template to default. Home page should be used as Home template, so simply please go to Pages then mouse over the name of the page you have edited then click “Quick Edit” at the right side you will see Template dropdown field, please change it to Home and click update.

Thanks for your information but our mega menu is working fine in any browser and any width. We have tested in cross browser with responsive screen. If you are using small screen then you need to adjust columns or css.

how do I upgrade the theme and the woocommerce to latest version?

You can simply download our latest version from your themeforest account then upload on your server, to update woocommerce please go to plugin and click of the plugin which you wanted to update so it will update normally
If you are using very old version of our theme then please make a backup of your work before use our latest version cause we have made major changes on the version 3.

Hi, I did that, but the actual page it is displaying does not look how it is being edited in Elementor i.e. the different sections and structure in Elementor editor is not what the preview is displaying.

If you enabled visual composer(wp bakery) plugin then it will not display properly on Elementor, so please disable the visual composer plugin and try again, if not work and its messed up already then please delete all pages and re import demo again.

If you need to edit page, please go to wp backend then pages > Mouse over on any page title, you can see Edit with Elementor.
To edit theme option simply go to Theme Options and check each of the tab so you can find all the options.

Have you activated all the plugins before start importing? For better result please download our latest version of theme with documentation then install a fresh copy of WordPress and activate our theme then install all the required plugins then try to import the demo.

Have you checked your server configuration with Elementor requirements. You need at least PHP version 5.6 or higher and WP Memory 64MB. Please check the following link for their requirement https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements
If everything alright then please login your wordpress admin dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Switch Editor Loader Method > Enable
Also please save the permalink as well

Hi. I have just bought this theme, freshly installed WordPress 4.9.4, uploaded the avas.zip and then the avas-child.zip, and now WordPress only shows this error: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_BOOLEAN_AND, expecting ‘)’ in F:\My Documents\My Dev\Websites\Clients\**\wwwroot\wp-content\themes\avas\functions.php on line 354”. I adjusted the code and fixed it (maybe) but then another error came up. Can you help please.

What error are you getting? Please note: Elementor working with the PHP version at least 5.6. So please check your web server PHP version and upgrade if its lower than 5.6

We have checked the issue on Samsung device with our demo and we didn’t get any issue, may be you have miss configured the slider settings. Cause we can see your other pages are displaying correctly on Mobile device. So please check the slider or re create new slider.
