Hello, is there a knowing Problem with loading time on iOS devices? On my iPhone and iPad the Demos dosen‘t load. On my pc there is on Problem. I want to buy this very Great Looking Template but it‘s Not usable if the page dosen‘t load on iOS devices. Do you have very big graphic Filmes used? Wehre is the Problem with your Templates. The templates fok other developers dont make Problems with loading times and i tryed and of your templates and it‘s Every Time the same. Do you have a fix for this? Regards

Hello, on all devices is the latest os iOS 11.3 installed. I have tested some of your demos from different templates and loading times very bad. I have tried other templates from other developers and they load fast. Is the content on envato webspace or your own. On the first theme from this templates I get a error from YouTube api. When i buy this template and have the same problem on my Server can I get a refund? I hope you can fix the problems with iOS devices. It’s very important today that you can load a site on iOS.

We made tests again the live demo on iPad and iPhone and didn’t notice anything wrong. We have many customers accessing their websites mainly from IOS and don’t have any similar complaints. Since the live demos and their niches are content-rich, ensure the internet connection is a good one.

Hi, I tested it now again and the template doesn’t load on my iPhone. I make a speed test and I have 23mbit actually. The YouTube plugin give me a api error and the graphics load very slow or not. That’s only with your templates, I love the great looking design but it only loads on a pc! It’s definitive not working right on such devices. It’s horrible.
Themes from other developers are loading fast. It’s only the problem with your templates and it’s not my internet connection!
Hello, we encountered a strange behavior after website migration. We set up a wordpress instance with Loud Theme in a subfolder and after moving it to the root domain, all settings set with the customizer were wiped out. Even with using plugin ‘WP Migrate DB’, or manually inserting the database record theme_mods_loud-child into wp_options (we took it from instance in subfolder and replaced URLs of course). The value assiciated with theme_mods_loud-child gets resetted during the first page load. Any help or advice would be highly appreciated as golive is right behind the corner… We are using WP 4.9.4 and Loud version 1.3.4

At the moment, you can’t add HTML in the copyright text field.

Hi,
Currently I have the header of the releases page as a video background. However, I can’t seem to find the option to disable the page titel. It’s now as a overlay over the video, but I would like to disable this.
Could you please provide me with instructions or code to fix this?

You can use a content block to use as a header for your discography pages. Also another question; I have 2 discography pages. With exact the same settings, have overlooked them multiple times now. However, 1 has a big header, and the other is narrow. Both with video background.
But settings are all the same, don’t know where to look at anymore..

We’ve been using the Flycase theme for a long time at bigheavyworld.com and are considering purchasing the Loud theme. I’m curious if our video, ‘tour,’ and discography posts will migrate into those same categories of posts in Loud if we adopt it. Thanks for letting us know if we should have any concerns about upgrading from Flycase to Loud. (We’re very respectful of your work!)

Where / how can i disable the buy now, listen now etc buttons on the individual release page? Would love to have it enabled, but Spotfify is missing and that’s a huge deal. So I prefer to disable all these buttons.

Actually already found it, just leaving the links open. However, I see no chance in deleting the ‘add to cart’ button on the release page. I have uninstalled woocommerce since I won’t be using the plugin.

Yes I got the same reply on my ticket. However, I still get the graphic when I leave the fields empty. And then when I hover it with my mouse, it popups as free download.
So no clue what is going wrong here, it is since I update to the latest version of the theme.

An update is planned for today or tomorrow so I will definitely check this out before releasing it.
In the meaning time, you can add this CSS snippet in the customizer CSS tab, or in your child theme style.css file.

PS: if you use a cache plugin, be sure to set it correctly of flush the cache.

The 2 themes have similar features. The differences are in the design (transition animations, hover effects, menu, widget design etc.) and the demo content. Also, Glytch has a bit fewer homepage examples but a different discography layout for example (off-grid)

Just bought the theme a couple of hours ago. Love it so far .
However, got a problem with the artist page (demo page William Fenske). When I try to replace the demo image with another, it’s not saving the image I picked. Tried with multiple images. In the end I tried setting it back to the original from the demo, but even that doesn’t seem to work.
What could have gone wrong?

I got a problem when adding tracks. When I add a track I get button to “add to cart” under the song. Can’t see to find option to remove that. If I add free download link “add to cart” button disappears but there is no button for “free download”. Same thing happens if I add links for iTunes, google play, amazon. Buttons are not showing on song page.
