The issue is server-related. You most likely have Safe mode or allow_url_fopen = Off in PHP settings or outgoing server requests are forbidden in firewall.
The issue can be solved by adding the following line:
php_value allow_url_fopen On
- to .htaccess file on your FTPor
allow_url_fopen = On;
- to php.ini or php5.ini file on your FTP.
If the issue still persists, please provide us with your Wordpress admin login credentials and FTP at https://themerex.ticksy.com/ so that we can investigate the issue closer to see what causes it.

Thank you for pruchasing the theme!
The theme uses the layouts feature so the logo should be replaced in Layouts in admin.
Click ‘Customize’ at the top of the page you would like to replace the logo at, go to Header there and check which Header style is used. Then go to Layouts – Header Main and edit the logo there.

Just a stupid question: I know it’s absolutely focused on green/gardening stuff but, I love it anyway and I believe it can fit so much more
Don’t you have a very similar and new theme on Envato to be more suitable for consultancy / any other business? or at least, is there a very easy way on the backend to tweak the green leaves decorations and green CSS colors to make them “less gardening” style?

Thanks a lot! Yes, of course you can change the colors – they are changed in the Customize option in dashboard. As for “green leaves decoration” – it is set as a background image in css – you can easily replace it with a solid color by adding simple custom css rules.
