admin can import items and then assign to any user, the user will not be able to run the import process

Well, that’s disappointing – having to renew my license just to get your theme running – is not a wise business decision. If I could get it running, and if I like the theme, and if I need support or assistance to use it or to add options to it then I would certainly expect to pay to ensure my license is current.
