Look like you logged in as user which have not permissions to change site settings. Check the user permissions. Also try to disable all third-party plugins and check error messages in the server error log. Make it sure that error logging is turned on.

You can put video to foreground via SX Section widget or to background via SX Background Video widget. You can insert only one background video per page. This video will be displayed in all transparent sections. Delete background images and set transparent or semitransparent background color for section to display background video.

1. Free autoembed service are used in the editor, but it has some restrictions and sometimes not working. Turn on editor in source mode via toolbar button. Then copy/paste embed code for your video from YouTube site.

5. I not quite understand your question, but of course you can insert photos, sliders and paragraphs. In presets used mainly SX Section widget, but you can use other widgets for this purpose if the SX Section does not have some functionality. Please keep it mind that Skrollex is not tested with third party plugins and some plugins can be look bad or not works properly. Some widgets can have a not matched colors, margins and paddings by default, but usually it can be changed via settings.

never mind. Problem solved, it was related to an image in tif format. Apparently Safari is able to manage it. Thanks anyway.

If you have problems with auto embed service, just turn on source mode and copy/paste embed code from YouTube site which offered for your video. The auto embed service is free, but have some limitations and sometimes is not working.

May be it is possible via third party plugins, but keep it mind that theme is not tested with third-party plugins. In most cases the plugins that offer of support of Layers or which is realised as WordPress widgets or shortcode, are works ok.

I not quite understand your question, but you can change order of menu items and you can edit content of pages and content os sidebars. Of Course you can change order of page elements also. For example you can change order of page section, add and remove items etc.

What device and browser you are use? Can you see this problem on desktop device if you resize browser window?
I see that images is resized, but if you reduce the browser window, the image can be reduced, enlarged or unchanged, depending on how the height and width of the section varies. Keep in mind that the image is scaled not by the size of the window, but by the height of the section or by the width of the section, depending on the aspect ratio. For example, if the window size has decreased, but section height has increased then image can be increased if image resized by height, or it will not be changed if section height will not be changed. The same thing if the image has such aspect ratio that it is scaled in width.
In short. If you resize window then background can be increased, decreased or unchanged depending how to section size will be changed. If you decrase window then section can be increased or unchanged.

the problem is: in your demo, if you resize the window of the browser or view it from your mobile, the images width and height is changed accordingly. this does not happen with our images, although they are the same size as yours

I see that the background images are scaled properly on your site. They do not scale only when the height or width of the section does not change, for example, if the section height is outside the window.

Open the section of contacts on your site on the desktop in full size. Now try changing only width of the browser so that the height of the section does not change. The image will not change if it is scaled in height and vice versa will change if it is scaled in width (depends on your aspect ratio). Most likely you will have the first case.

Now try to narrow the width of the window so that the contacts section is rearranged in two columns. In this case, the background will increase, because the height of the section has increased and the background will be stretched in height despite the window reduction.

If no. Please post two screenshots with different resolutions between which the background of the Contacts section is not scaled in your opinion. Choose such sizes of windows that the Contact section is completely placed in the window in height. Most likely Skrollex Extension plugin is not installed or is not activated. This plugin is included in the distribution. When you install Skrollex, you see a message about the need to install this plugin with a link for installation and activation. Most likely you have this message in the administrative interface now if you have not dismissed it.

The height of the logo is matched to the height of the menu. You can change this only with CSS if you have coding skills and you have to take care that the logo does not break layout and everything looks good. If you do it somehow in simple way, for example, via some third-party plug-in, then this is likely to break the theme layout.
