Sending emails through contact page on mobile is working fine but sending emails on desktop PC does work but reloads the page each time instead of just the little load icon and then “thanks you email sent” this also was working fine

Thanks for your guidance on header updates. The url of the website under construction is http://new.kodenemo.com/ . The issue will be when you resize the browser to 1024 or lesser width, the menu icon and the current page state turns white in color.

When you say image banner, we assume you think topmost, hero section? We encourage making the hero section full screen – which means that the video should have the same aspect ratio as modern widescreen viewports – 16:9 or 16:10

Thanks. The Video does not auto play and loop when i insert mp4 inside the row but works ok when try assigning it to the “edit section”. I want to have the videos in the slider section in the banner area. Kindly advice me.

Section background videos and “content” videos are displayed using different methods. mp4 videos which are inserted in content use default WP shortcode for video, and as you can see from the documentation, both autoplay and loop attributes are set to off by default – https://codex.wordpress.org/Video_Shortcode

It seems that loop and autoplay attributes are not set – please edit text element which you used to place the media – click on video in text editor and click edit icon (little pencil icon). Please make sure that Autoplay and Loop checkboxes are checked.

Thanks.. I did try that earlier but i was not able to hide the video control when i used the text element. I tried adding disable_controls=”yes” but with no effect.
Autoplay does not work even after checking the checkbox only the loop works. Kindly advice me.

Since you have multiple videos on the page, and WordPress video player does not allow simultaneous videos to play at the same time, only your first video autoplays (the one in the hero section). As soon as you click play on the second one, the first one will pause and vice versa.

When i try to run the page directly in the chrome the video is not playing but in other browsers it works fine. When i click the page from the links inside the site the video runs in chrome too?

Hi,
The problem is that the WP’s native video shortcode does not support muted parameter and Chrome does not allow autoplay if video is not muted – so currently there is no way to force autoplay on Chrome using native WP player.
The option is to use third party plugin which supports autoplay and muted attribute

This theme is absolutely ridiculous. No documentation. All you get is a PDF that tells you to get the documentation online with no address or link on how to access it. Waste of money.No dummy data supplied Its just a basic template with nothing in it

how is it a false statement. Why would i waste my time to come and comment if everything was provided. The documentation provided after the purchase did not have the link address you specified. It only said go online for a documentation but no links provided.I wish i could add the screenshots. No dummy data either. I’m not looking for a refund. If it was an oversight in your documentation then say so but don’t lie.

Furthermore, Themeforest validates and reviews all the themes prior to its publication and this includes documentation and demo content. The theme simply can not be published in the state described in your comment – it would not be allowed by Themeforest reviewers.

We have used several methods to achieve the images in the same color as the theme – we have licensed them at Shutterstock and some were modified using Photoshop. General advice really does not exist. Each image requires a different approach. Sorry we can not be of more help

This is not exactly a theme territory since this falls under the functionality of WooCommerce which is supported by the theme.
Maybe the place to look for the solution and see if there is a products shortcode attribute which will enable this is the WooCommerce documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-6. Our best guess would be orderby attribute described there.

I cannot find a way to change the background color of an entire page (including the background behind the header). Can you point me to the necessary location to do that? Rather limited design options within the builder, large part of customization has to be done via css code. Drag and drop is tedious, one has to place the frame pixel perfect to rearrange sections or elements, takes much attention to get it done right. Although a very well looking, documented and comprehensive theme, this was not the best choice…

On our demos, each section has its own background color set – you can set the background color of each section.
In addition if you want to set the page background, you can add the following code to Additional CSS panel of Appearance > Customize panel:
body {
background-color: #ff0000 !important;
}
But please be aware that the section background color will be of top of the page background, so, if it is set, it will override page background color.
In order to set the header background color, please use
header.mainHeader {
background-color: #ff0000 !important;
}

Here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.
On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You probably have a logo related override set on the home page and it caused the problem with your logo. Try removing logo related overrides.
