Hi again.
You can check the demo at this link http://wp.nootheme.com/yogi/
Thanks.
Hello, Events are not displayed correctly by start date with “No Event”. The order by date has no logic. I tested with “No Uncoming Event” and they are displayed correctly. I can no longer enter a ticket on the support while I discover this abnormal dysfunction. Thank you for proposing a solution for this important area on my homepage.
Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
We have checked our Noo Event shortcode, yes, the order by date have an issue, the order doesn’t correct.
We will check and update our theme soon.
Thanks.

Is there a way to make the top bar with the phone number on it show on mobile? When customers view the site on mobile, they cant see a phone number.
Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
Are you talking about the top bar info? Yes, we hide the info on the mobile device. If you want to show the top bar info, we can give you the CSS to do it.
Thanks.
NooTheme.

I am trying to use the Envato Theme updater plugin and have a proper working API key. But, when I try to run the update of this theme, it says: Update Failed: Download Failed. I use this plugin to update several other themes on other sites. Does your theme not allow update this way?
Update Failed: Download failed. Forbidden

I have an account with MindBodyOnline. I found out from them that I don’t have to pay a separate monthly subscription to HealCode, as it is now a part of MindBodyOnline. Could you please also confirm that as a MBO client, I won’t have to pay extra to HealCode. Thank you
Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
With that information, you should contact with MBO and HealCode. They don’t know the policy changed.
Thank you.

hi there, i just found an issue – that you cannot see all the google maps in the events section – please check https://www.aikido.hamburg/events/introduction-to-heartfull-meditation/
Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
We have checked your site and found the issue from Google Map API key. Please add your Google Map API key to the NooTimetable/ Settings to use this function.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
for the nooschedule weekly view on this site: https://www.aikido.hamburg/training i’d like to add the same hover effect as on the filter buttons (blue background white text).
how can i disable the scaling of the classes when hovering over them?
Hi again.
To change the hover background and text color of class on schedule, you can use the CSS below
.noo-class-schedule-shortcode .fc-agenda-view:not(.fc-agendaDay-view) .fc-body .fc-time-grid .fc-event:hover {
background: #3091dc;
color: #fff;
border-color: #64ace5;
}
With the scale effect, we can’t disable that because it will help you display full the content when hovering.
Please check it again.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
thank you, as you can see in my schedule the content is allready shown without hovering (i hide all the author stuff). so i could get rid off it. another solution would be to minimize the effect to a certain height of 88px – is that possible.
Hi again.
You can try the CSS below, it will help you disable the scaling effect when hovering.
”.noo-class-schedule-shortcode .fc-agenda-view:not(.fc-agendaDay-view) .fc-body .fc-time-grid .fc-event.time-short-2:hover {
margin: 0!important;
}”
Thank you.

another question since i am using a long menu:
where can i set the responsive menu breakpoints?
i’d like to have the responsive menu appear at 1060px site width allready instead of 968px (which seems to be the default from the theme).
Hi.
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the late response.
Sorry, to change the responsive menu appear at 1060px, you need to change too many CSS. You should fix the issue with menu from 991px to 1060px.
Please check the preview message, we have given you the CSS to fix the logo on 1060px screen.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
thank you this is working well.
Thank you.
as i noticed the theme offers a scrolling feature for the menu.
the faster you scroll down the more the sticky menu gets shrinked.
how can i disable this feature?
Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
Are you talking about the sticky menu? If you want to disable the sticky menu, you can select the static top option for navbar position via customize/ header/ navigation bar.
Please check it again.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
hi there, i set the navbar to “fixed top” which will make it sticky.
the thing i like to get rid off is the sticky height behaviour according to how fast you scroll down.
if you scroll down slow, the navbar will stick and not shrink – which is good.
if you scoll down fast, the navbar sticks, but it will shrink down in height – i’d like to get rid off that shrinking!
Hi Again.
To remove the shrinking effect of the sticky menu, please remove the code at /wp-content/themes/noo-yogi/assets/js/noo.js file line 301 as our screenshot https://prnt.sc/j1zytl
Please check it again.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
thanks, i tried to uncomment the lines 301 – 313 and 324 – 334. and put it to the child-theme noo-yogi-child/assets/js/noo.js
but nothing happened
how do i make the changes and have the theme updatable.
if i change the original file noo.js – the height of the menu is no longer shrinked, but the position of the logo and all menu items are still affected by the scrolling speed.
Hi again.
To avoid missing, you should create the child theme and add the change to the child theme.
With the custom code doesn’t work, please submit a ticket to our support site and give us your site info.
https://nootheme.com/forums/forum/timetable/yogi-wordpress/
We will help you check the custom code again.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
i tried the custom code in the parent theme and its not working correctly.
it won’t change the height of the menu bar but it will still change the position of the logo and the menu items.
Hi again.
You should give us your site admin, FTP account again. We will help you check the custom code.
Thanks.
hi i sent you an email over a week ago, are you working on this?
Hi again.
Sorry, our support site has died. Can you give us your site info via contact@nootheme.com email? We will help you check the issue soon.
Thanks.
NooTheme.
hey, are you working on this? i send you a couple of mails and still no reply. i need to know otherwise i will hire somebody to get things done.
Hi again.
We have checked and replied the email. Please check it and let us know again if you need anything.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
hi there, can you please check your mail account, i need to get an answer to my question soon (the support you provided was good, but incomplete).
Sorry for the late. Please give us the password to access your front page.
Thanks.
hi there, over all i am quite satisfied with the performance of the theme (blazing fast with http2, gzip and php 7.2 activated). only one thing makes me wait all the time: the filter buttons of the weekly class are quite slow. is there a way to improve those loading times? best regards thomas
Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
Maybe your site has too many class. We will find another way for the weekly filter on the listing page in next time. Also, provide your site URL, we need to see the issue on your site first.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
ok the site is https://www.aikido.hamburg/uebungszeiten-preise/ and the pass is: iriminage
you can see that it will take usually 3 seconds to display certain classes.
you might check https://www.aikido.hamburg/kurse/?mode=list too and check some weekdays on the sidebar. it changes much more quicker (even before the correct number of classes appears).
best regards
Hi Again.
Yes, we will check our theme again. Or you also can use the cache plugin to cache the page content. The content just load slower for the first time.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
thank you, i’m allready using the comet cache plugin which usually works quite well – so i think the only improvement could come from the theme.
Yes. We need to check our jQuery library use for schedule.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
cool thanks for making the theme better everyday
i just found a small responsive issue – whenever i sjrink the browser the logo will shrink too. but if i view it in android8 chrome the logo won’t shrink at all.
it will be shown underneath the header.
Hi Again.
Can you give us some image/ screenshot of logo issue? We will help you check it again. As I see, it still works fine.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
i think it’s because of another issue: at a certain site width the logo won’t shrink down.
that makes the menu items appear underneath the menu bar. you can easily check at aikido.hamburg (pass: irimi nage).
it would be cool to have the menu items always in the bar and shrink the logo according to that width on smaller screens until it will go responsive.
best regards
thomas
Hi Again.
As I see, you used the max-width:90% for logo image, The CSS doesn’t correct, please try the CSS again ”.navbar-brand .noo-logo-img { max-width: 300px; }”
Thank you.
NooTheme.
hi, i did but it does not really solve the issue. as you can see the logo appears a lot smaller now and therefore there is more space for the menu.
but try to set the browser width to 1030 px as you can see the issue still persist.
i like to have the logo appear smaller, if the menu uses the space. thats why i was using % instead of px.
besides in my android 8 phone the logo is still underneatht the menu (no matter how small i set the max-width).
ok i solved the problem on my phone by setting a retina logo (using the same svg twice).
maybe it would be best to set the responsive breakpoint to 1035px, but i don’t know it that would be a wise decision).
anyway if you check from page width 450px and shrink it down you will notice that the logo shrinks down when the menu touch icon comes close to it.
what i am asking for is pretty much the same behaviour for the logo but with the normal menu.
Thank you for feedback us.
did you solve the issue? maybe you can provide me with information how to set the width for the responsive menu from 968 to 1060 px as a break-point. that would help.
Hi Again.
With your site, you can use the CSS for the menu from 968 to 1060px as below:
@media (min-width:968px and max-width:1060px) { .navbar-brand max-width: 280px; } }
Please try it again.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
thanks thats working great!
Thank you.
hi thanks for the fast update – works like a charm. i have 2 other issues left:
its about the classes template http://wp.nootheme.com/yogi/classes/?mode=list
1. how can i disable saturdays and sundays in the sidebar?
2. how can i disable “open: time” in the classes listing boxes?
thanks and best regards
Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
#1. You can’t disable Sat & Sun in the sidebar via the option, it depends on your start of the week, and you need use change the code to do it. Please check the code at file wp-content/themes/noo-yogi/noo-timetable/archive-noo_class.php line 173.
#2. If you want to hide the open date in classes list, you can use the CSS below ”.post-type-archive-noo_class .noo_class .content-meta>span { display : none; } ”.
Please check it again.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
hi thanks for the anwsers.
1. ok i got it, change line 103 to this:
<?php for ($day_index = 1; $day_index <= 5; $day_index++) : ?>
2. this will hide the whole meta section. i tried this:
.content-meta time { display : none; }
but it will hide also the upcoming time. i’d like to hide the open time elements only.
best regards
thomas
Hi again.
#2. You can try the CSS below ”.post-type-archive-noo_class .noo_class .content-meta > span.meta-date { display: none; }”
Please try it again.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
hi this will hide the upcoming date too – since the dates have no extra classes i changed it in the php-file and put it in the child-theme – works quite well. thanks
one last question how can i change the number of the displayed classes before the more button appears? right now it’s set to 6 classes (i need to show 7). thanks and best regards
Hi Again.
The number of items displays in the class listing, it gets the same number item on the blog page. You can change that value at Settings/ Reading.
Please check it again.
Thank you.
NooTheme.

I0m having another question related to the timetable, what i want to do now is to change the background color of the days of the month were there is at least one class scheduled for that day. I dont mind using js or css, I already have tried a couple of things but I still can figure it out, would you mind to help me?
Hi Again.

The class will get the category color to show on the schedule.
Thank you.
NooTheme.

Hi,
Thank you for the pictures. I would like to ask some questions more.
1. Is there any way to choose post layouts? (different layout and design) 2. How does look member view and what member can do if he/she is login? 3. Is it possible to filter events like you are filtering classes on sidebar (days, category, trainer)? 4. Is it possible to put on sidebar small calender filter, where user can choose date and then it will show automatically (ajax) this date events or classes? (it can be on events list page or classes list page) 5. Is it possible to show on classes list page also time and location field? Right now there is only date.
Hi Again.
Sorry for the late response.
1. Sorry, we don’t have different layout for the blog post listing.
2. As I see, you have bought our theme, maybe you check the theme function.
3. We don’t have this function in this version. But we will update in next time. As you see, our Noo Timetable plugin can do it and we will integrate to this theme in next time. http://wp.nootheme.com/timetable/events/
4. This also is featured function. We will consider about that in next time.
5. On the class listing page, it still shows the location field. Please check it on our demo again https://prnt.sc/hw9ksk
Thank you.
NooTheme.

yes i allready use the latest theme and i had some issues with visual composer 5.3 (which is in the package) and wordpress 4.9.1 on other sides, so i wont update the site with yogi unless you offer the latest version of visual bakery in the package which is 5.4.5 today. i think i don’t need to create a support ticket for that simple task.
Hi Again.
Yes, we have added the latest version of Visual Composer to our server. To get the last version, please remove the old version on your site and click to reinstall again. It will help you get this version.
Thank you.
NooTheme.
great, thank you!

Does it have an option to change the main bar background color and the font color? or I have to do it with css?
I would also apreciate if you can tell me how to change the days of the week (it start counting on sunday, and I need it to start on Monday), I’m guessing that it has to read the vars from a filebut im not sure which file is it. Thank you.
Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
#1. The main background color is transparent. On some page, we use visual composer to add the background color.
#2. To change start of weekly schedule, you can change at Setting/ General/ Week Starts on option.
Thank you.
