Still loving this theme and use it for few clients. I have some questions for you though: 1. Where is the location of the single blog template? i.e. if they are reading the full blog article? I want to remove the right column from it, but not sure where its at / what to copy into my child theme.
2. Any intentions of updating your theme soon? After last 2 woocomm updates it keeps giving me a message that some of the templates within your theme are no longer compatible.

I’m writing to you because of a problem with updates: from several months I can’t see “update voice” in my “theme appearence” section. It hasn’t been a problem for me, until today, because I was still working to the Ecommerce, but actually it is really important (we’re ready for lunch the website!).
Consider that the version of the theme I’ve got installed is maybe the 1.2.2 (is it possible? The website is dtpscootershop.com, but is actually under maintenance mode!).

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Are you using “Envato Market” plugin ? This plugin allows you to be notified whenever there is an update. We’ve already released updates that are compatible with latest versions of WooCommerce. The latest Unicase is v1.6.1
The theme can be updated in 3 ways :
1. Automatically : You can use Envato Market plugin to update the theme automatically. Instructions here : https://ibndawood.com/how-to-update-a-themeforest-wordpress-theme-or-a-codecanyon-wordpress-plugin/
2. Semi-Automatically : Sometimes (1) does not work. You should install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ , download the latest installable WP theme zip file from your Themeforest downloads page and then upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and upload the zip file. The “easy upgrades” plugin will backup the old theme and install the new one.
3. Manually : You should download the latest installable WP theme from your themeforest downloads page, rename your current theme folder in wp-content/themes folder, unzip the downloaded WP theme from your Themeforest downloads page and upload it to wp-content/themes folder.
Please note that updating a theme will override any custom changes that you make to the parent theme. Hence we recommend using a child theme. A child theme is not meant to be updated and should contain only your custom changes.

Yes, I’m using envato plugin, and it refers to me a new version of the theme, the 1.6.6.
Once I click to install it, I received ah error: “the directory of the theme, already exyst”.

Just a question: once I uploaded the theme, what have I to do with the renamed one?
What about if I simply copy the new one, via FTP, replacing the old one with the new one?

There are 3 methods of updating the theme which I’ve specified. All three of them remove old files and replace them with new files. That is the correct way to remove unwanted files. You should not do any override.
There is no need to de-activate the theme. However if you’ve made any changes to .css or .php files of the parent theme your changes will be lost. We advise to use a child theme to make custom changes.

Hey there, I’ve got a problem: after having upgraded the theme, I lost many changes, despite I used a child theme. It is a particular situation: not everythin bad been lost, only some lines of css & php.

Like I’ve warned any changes made to .css or .php of the parent files will be lost. Child theme changes will not be lost.

I have tried to find out how % discount should be set so as to display on each product besides regular and sales price. For instance, the 17% in this screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/Ibh5hTOy . Is there a way to set that ?

Thank you for reaching us. WooCommerce allows you to display sale price and regular price but it does not show the discount %. You will have to use ‘woocommerce_get_price_html’ filter to override it.

Hello! It looks, that Unicase has problems with WC 3.3.1. The category navigation with thumbnail doesn’t work. It displays all the products and not the main categories.
Now I updated the theme to latest version but it’s not working perfectly. For example this page: https://gastrocenter.sk/kategoria-produktu/gastro-doplnky/cukrarenske-doplnky/ has some child categories. What do you think? Should I downgrade Woocommerce to 3.2 version?

I’ve got an important question for you: is it possible to change or modify the breadcrumbs? Specifically in the url?
Eg: I’ve got a / b / c, but I need to change the url of b!
A is the homepage and b is a page. Once I click on one of the element of this page, I find myself on a product category page, and if I’d like to return to the previous page (that in theory should be, now, b) the only way is by go back manually, not clicking on b itself (that bring me to the “mother” category page)!
Is it difficoult for me to explain it in english, but I hope you can understand it, beucause of the importance that it has.

The breadcrumb and the crumbs are generated by WooCommerce. You can modify the crumbs but it requires you to understand how breadcrumbs are generated in WooCommerce. By default the breadcrumbs work like the way you see in demo.

Hello again Are you planning a future update that will support amp fully like those templates-> https://themeforest.net/tags/amp Having an AMP website is crucial to SEO and your great theme must support it somehow. If needed sell it as an upgrade for those who wish to have AMP functionality. I’m not sure if it’s worth making a theme compatible from scratch, but it will be a good idea not to set every option and appearance in a new theme from scratch.
