Hello. Is it possible to turn off views and clicks from the deal page?
You can go to Appearance > Theme Settings > Deals > Deal Presentation (Tab) and disable the Show Deal Sales and Views.
Pl guide how can I have an option where coupons in my homepage have direct links to affiliate(through popup) page instead of opening the individual deal page first.
I tried it through theme settings > deals > deals options Changed ‘Show coupons only as popup’ to Yes. It did the job but same has been implemented for Discount related deals also.
PL guide how can it be implemented for coupon related deals only. Discount deals should follow the actual path of opening individual deal page first..
This feature is not part of the theme. The file that needs editing is \couponhut\wp-content\themes\couponhut\loop\content-deal,php We suggest you hire a freelancer as any changes to the core theme files may make the theme not work properly, as we haven’t tested them.

With that I am able to create pages for a specific company with all categories. What I want is to display deals common to a deal category and a company..
e.g I have 3 deal categories: Apparel, Footwear & Toys & 3 deal companies: Amazon, Flipkart and Godaddy
what I wish is to add link to menu of all the Apparel related deals of Amazon
Neither WordPress nor the theme has such option. It is recommended to contact a freelancer to implement such feature for you. Thank you for the understanding.
oh. I tried it through [CoupontHut] Deal Filter present in widget area. Entered desired category and company name to filter the result and thought that the landing page will give me desired link. But after filtering, I came to know that the result deals are not filtered for both the criteria. Dont know whether it is not working properly or it is designed like that.
Alternate for above query : is it possible to get link of all coupons related offers of a specific company e.g coupons of Amazon ?
It seems you are on a right trac. When a category and company is selected in the sidebar, the URL is generated and it should combine the category and company deals. For example, here we selected “Beauty” and “Harry Gordon” – http://subsolardesigns.com/couponhut/deals/?days_start_range=0&days_end_range=100&s_deal_category=beauty&s_deal_company=harry-gordon&sort=newest&search_type=deal
The same way you can select only the company (Amazon) and get the link.
Have you downloaded the latest version of the theme? Testing with it, the filter combinations work as they should.

You can also check for any other query on the website. When we select both category and company in search, it displays products related to company only and ignoring the category part.
What are the categories of the three listed deals? Could you send us credentials to your admin panel via the Support tab here so we can inspect the problem closely?
All 3 deals in the mentioned query are for Apparel category. Moreover, in query, if you change tag item for category to something else like footwear, it will again reflect these 3 deals.

I have a lot to know about the theme:
1) How to access and raise a ticket through support
2) On Deals page, how to set background image boxes of i) Daily deals ii) Deal categories iii) Deal companies
3) When I go to Page builder and select “Deals”, it does not show anything to add/edit sections. How to edit Deals page
4) On homepage in Latest deals section, I want to have have same vertical size of all deal boxes and not dependent on the content in the box like deal title or whether price details are mentioned or not in the deal. It should have standard space of 3 rows for deal title.
5) on homepage, in latest deals section, the deal box must have a border like as mentioned in the image (a bit raised above the background with help of shadow effect)

1) This is done in the Support Tab for the theme, its next to the Comment tab, here on ThemeForest.
2) The Daily Deal uses the Deal image for the background. As for the other two widgets – they can be set from the widget options.
3) There should be additional fields when creating/editing Deals. Make sure you have all of the recommended plugins installed and activated.
4) and 5) These can be done by adding Custom CSS to the theme. You can write this in the Custom CSS field in Appearance > Theme Settings > Styling:

Uploaded 2 deals and on the homepage it is showing that text line of two deals are not in line and hence not looking good. Pl guide what am I doing wrong ? Is it because of different image size for both deals ? If yes, what are the recommendations for correct image size

CouponHut resizes down and crops the images to 400×470. If a dimension is smaller than that it stays its old value.It seems that the first image is wider and with a smaller height than the second one. We recommend all the uploaded images to be similar in sizing, or at least all with the same orientation – portrait or landscape.

1) In Main page, Can i change the look of deal box e.g in Homepage – below a deal image, on left side deal text is written and on right side deal validity is mentioned. I want to change it like this=> Deal expiry to move below to right side of Rating section and Deal text should use 100% of space below deal image. This above requirement is must as I think space provided for Deal Text is very less and in current scenario, it will take 3-4 rows.

1) You can easily change them with a simple CSS code using the Custom CSS field of the theme. Just paste this code in there:

When I add an address into the map field and hit search nothing happens. It doesn’t place a pin location. I have to manually find the area on the map and place the pin. The city search won’t work because to map won’t take an address. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello, I have some doubts before buying the product. -I would like to use it only so that people can print or show the discount coupon in a physical store so that they can apply the discount on the purchase. Is this possible? -The payment, can it be done monthly? My idea would be to be able to charge a monthly subscription. Is it possible to do this? - Do you need any extra plugin to use all the features of your product? -Is it possible to remove the registration for sellers and register them manually? , they make me transfer and once received I believe them as sellers, if they do not pay they would block the seller account. - What forms of payment do you support? -Is it necessary to register as a buyer to be able to see and print the coupons ?. -Does it come with the .po and .mo files to translate it? - Do you have the option to look for towns, cities …?

- Yes, you can have a printable coupon. One print image per deal.
- There is no monthly subscription feature in the theme.
- You will need to contact a freelancer to implement the additional options for you.
- The theme uses the WooCommerce registration form, you can disable it.
- All payments supported by WooCommerce are supported.
- You have a toggleable option to select if only registered users can see the deals.
- The theme comes with *.pot files for translation.

Hi, I came to report that the theme plugin for wp all import is not working for me. I dont know if anyone else has this problem. But I tested the plugin through their site with a new installation and the same error occurred with their servers. It does not import deals and does not generate the log file.

Then … After five minutes, the message “Your server has terminated the import process” appears (only for importing of deals). The activity log does not appear.
Looks like the problem was in my file. The address for some images was with “wwws” and no access. It somehow created this conflict and did not let WP import the file as deals.

Yes, you can have one image per deal that can be printed.

great thank you. Sorry one more question. Is the whole theme customizable. Can I add and remove parts like the days until expiry side widget? Our coupons will last 30 days and then the next month new ones will be added. So there are a few things I want to change. Also do you do any customization work ?
You can remove the expirity side widget. For bigger changes like the other you mentioned, we recommend you contact a freelancer.
How can I add padding around a section element, I don’t see any options for this or to be able to tag a section with a class or ID.

Unfortunately, there isn’t options for these things. There is a field for adding bottom margin for the section. Adding those options will require customization to the Section Shortcode.

I have plenty of questions:
1) Is there an option where a user can publish a coupon, and for that he has to pay an according fee, and then the website reviews the coupon and then publish it?
2) Can I change the typography based on title type? For example: H1 Verdana, H2 Roboto.
3) Where can I see the admin?
4) Can I add a landing page as a home, where people select the location of the coupons they want to see? For example: Select Canada, or Select USA.
5) On the search top, I see option of selecting country. For my website, I won’t need this, and only the option of cities. Can I delete the country option of the search?
6) Which options do I have for the home? I don’t like the “search deals” bar.
7) How the user can redeem the coupon, and how the company who offered the coupon can confirm that the user redeemed it? They get a printable PDF, or an email, or both?
Does companies that buy a coupon plan have any kind of dashboard where they can see their sales, and then get their money?
9) Can I change icons where they appear? For example the one that is in “visit website”.
10) Does it include Facebook or Google login?

1) There is no fee functionality currently in the theme.
2) There is a Typography option for heading. If you want each heading to have a different font, the Custom CSS field in the options panel can be used.

4) As can be seen from the demo, there is no such page available.
5) Yes, you can remove the Country field. There is an option for that.
6) The home page from the demo is made with the shortcodes and the page builder of the theme. They can be removed or aligned in any way you want.
7) They can get a printable PDF. Each deal can have one image that can be printed by the buyer.
8 ) As said in 1), there is no fee functionality in the theme. It is created for affiliate deals in mind.
9) This will need changes to the theme files.
10) No there is no such. As the theme uses WooCommerce for logging in, you can use a WooCommerce extension plugin for such purposes.

Is there a way to send the submitter to thank you page after submission rather than to the top of the Submit page with the single line thanking them. I would like to create a page that explains our process better than it will appear once it is approved. Theme looks great but I have to be able to point the submitter to a product page that tells the submitter to pay for the listing before it will appear. Since there is no commission I have to be able to charge for the submission.

My support has expired so I am not asking for help. I’d just like to report a small glitch that I am hoping you might be able fix in the next release 
I’ve replicated it in the un-modified theme. Please find scenario below.
- Home page
- One section split into 4 columns. <1/4> and <3/4>
- <3/4> column includes the Latest Deals element, which itself is configured to show 4 columns
- Edit the description of a deal in position 2 or 3 so that it wraps around to give an extra line
When loading or refreshing the page, the deal card which should be in row 2 column 1 briefly shows in row 2 column 4. The deal card that should be in row 2 column 2 is then forced down into row 3 column 1. When the page finishes rendering, the deal cards show in their correct positions. This also happens if all but one deals in row 1 have the price hidden.

It does not look too bad in the example as there are only 6 deal cards, however when you have a lot of deals with varying description lengths, they all jump around while the page loads. The description does not need to be as long as it is in the example either, seems it just needs to be longer than the others on the same row.

I see few of the sites using this theme and promoting many deals and also udemy courses. How do we get these courses insid ethe site using your theme? Is all this done within the theme, or we need to manually add deals , products, courses of udemy one by one?

These deal can be manually entered or if the site generates XML/CSV files they can be automatically imported. Hi Subsolar, great looking theme. We want to purchase this theme very soon, but have one question about the out of the box functionality.
When I am on the front page (like on http://subsolardesigns.com/couponhut/front-page-image/) can the “View Coupon” button on the thumbnails be given the same functionality as the “Show Code” button on the deals-pages? (So that the title links to the coupon-detail-page and the “View coupon” button behaves like the “Show Code” button…)
We just purchased another theme about 10 days ago that actually had this frontpage ‘show code’ functionality, unfortunately, that theme has quite some bugs so we can’t use that. I stumbled upon your theme which would be perfect, although that frontpage coupon reveal button would save users some clicking and loading

There is an option to remove the single pages and every deal to have a popup only on click. Unfortunately, you can’t have both – popup and single page. You can select either the page to be opened or a popup to be shown.
