From your documentation i read that Responsive Styled Google Maps Wordpress Plugin is included in your theme and i can see shortcode from demo page but i can’t find this tool both in your theme folder and in the “Install Required Plugins” list. can you explain me the reasons?

Hi Team, Designthemes fan here. I use your other themes too. I have a new client, a luxury home builder, and I like this theme but it has the lowest score I have ever seen for a site at Google Pagespeed Scores 2 out of 100 for mobile. Yet your description says the theme is fast. This must be your opinion as the page takes nearly 15 seconds to load. A site built on this slow of a theme would surely not get any favours from google and even if someone did find it they would be waiting forever to see the site. Can you explain this to me please? you’d think theme developers would smarten up and optimize their demos so when a webmaster like me slaps the url into pagepseed we can see how optimized your work actually can be. 2 out of 100 is absolutely nightmarish and only keeping ppl from buying this. I see this all day long when searching for a theme and the developers dont even care using 700kb images for demos? They dont optimize the demo for speed maybe because they think its not important? Wrong. Speed is the most important thing now. So with that said how high of a pagespeed score can this theme get? Can it be optimized to load in under 2-3 seconds max? If it can please optimize your demo and show me. Ill buy it. SO will probably 10,000 others if you demo it properly

Google updated few algorithms, so it shows 1 – 2 mark only. When theme approved it’s around 70 / 100. Because Themeforest asked to improve until reaches 70 . We needs to improve the speed for mobile devices. We will update this ASAP!!

I love your theme and how the new update works with the newest version of Wordpress. I am currently working on a site and when I choose the “Simple heading” “Two Colored Title” there is no space between the color titles. I keep going back to add a space and it is defaulting back to no space. How can I fix this problem?

Hello,
I bought your theme yesterday, but I am having some issues with it that I did not think I would have had to deal with.
For example installing it on a server with a max memory of 64MB resulted in a 500 error.
I had to contact support, so that they increase my memory limit to 96MB.
Then I had a really tough time importing the demo content, in which by the way all images are really low quality, not like on the demo.
Finally you use WP Bakery, but I can not edit the pages in their edit windows like almost all themes allow, but I have to do it in the front end version of WP Bakery.
Do not get me wrong, your demo looks fantastic, but the theme is not really easy to edit. So I will want a refund. Let me know what I need to do so it is easier for you and I will gladly do it.

Hi, great theme, a couple questions: 1 – for the single post view style, you can only set this in the post itself, so every time when adding a new post I have to remember to change the post style in the post format section at the bottom of the post, sometimes this may be forgotten. Is there a way to add this option to the theme options to set as a standard/default choice? e.g. if we always wanted it to be “info above image”? 2 – the breadcrumb option in the theme settings, when setting the position to “behind the header” so whenever a page/post/project is created with breadcrumb this is always the default, it doesn’t create them with this “behind the header” setting and reverts back to “default” which is not behind the header and i have to manually change it. Can this be fixed please? Thanks in advance.

However, i’ve come across another problem/glitch, when you put in place a “portfolio items” block in visual composer, none of them work when tapped on when viewing on a mobile as they are all hover effects so i can’t tap through to view a portfolio item. Hi, I’m building the site locally on my computer at the minute so can’t provide login details, also it’s not just an issue on my installation, i tried it on my mobile/iphone on here on the template preview and none of the hover effects work when tapped on, so i/users can’t click through to the project to view it. Hello We just purchased the theme. But we are not able to see any demo content in it. Could you please help us in installing the demo content.? And Layer Slider wp plugin is asking for a license key but when I enter the key provided after purchasing the theme. It is showing a popup saying “Your purchase code appears to be invalid. Please take special care to enter it correctly without accidentally including spaces or other additional characters. Please note, you can’t activate LayerSlider with your theme’s purchase code. This also can be a temporary issue in our services. In that case please try it again in a few hours.” Please help me to get through this problem

For the purpose of demo content import we have removed the importer option from the Buddha Panel. Instead of that option we have used “Unyson”plugin to import the demo contents.
After Install and activate the theme. Then the notification message will appear in your dashboard for install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins.
Install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins and deactivate all the external Plugins other than the theme recommended Plugins.
Note: Before installing the demo content, please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.
