Greetings, This is a pre-sale question. I am thinking of using your theme for exclusively Banks Listing Directory. The idea is for user be able add a Bank as well as adding ATMs and Branches for the bank. I know you have a feature for creating custom listing type which is great and is actually the main reason for considering this theme. Here is my question. 1. Will this be possible.
2. If yes, how? I mean should banks be categories and ATMs and Branches be subcategories or what exactly.
3. I notice you don’t have nearby location feature in the theme. Are you planning to include that? if yes when?

My suggestion for this is to create two listing types, Banks and ATMs
They would be similar to how Places and events are related in our demos, banks will have a separate tab in their profile where all ATMs are listed

Hello guys, Another question: I would like to have features similar to a Facebook page, to make listing pages more interactive, and allow users to communicate with their customers in my website instead of doing it someplace else.
So is it possible to have: 1. Comments wall/feed at the center of the listing, for the listing owner to update the customers with sales, events, photos, posts etc? just like a Facebook wall. Hello guys. I’ve been looking around for a directory theme, and really liked yours, great job with the listing fields concept, can be very useful. So I have some presale questions:
1. is it possible to allow users to add multiple values of each costume type field? such as adding a time field (bus time e.g.) and allowing the user to add multiple times for that field. If so then how please?
2. Is it possible to have a tab in a listing page with related listings? If so then how please?
3. Is it possible to have a tab in a listing page with posts of this listing? like a listing blog tab. If so then how please?
4. Is it possible to have a tab in a listing page with photos and videos of the listings? If so then how please?

1. That is not possible currently. We will add repeatable fields in a future update.
2. You can display related listings in a tab. Have a look at this listing. Note: Related listings are not similar listings, that is not yet possible.
3. You can display blog posts in a tab using a plugin like this one.
4. Yes you can do that. You can create a tab and add only the images and videos of listings in that tab.

1. Yes you can have the same field type multiple times.
2. You can add a field in the add listing form in which the listing owner can choose the parent of the listing he’s adding. See here the Related listing field.
I just want to clarify something. Because this theme relies on Woocommerce, wouldn’t it get very costly after one year to have a fully functional directory site due to plugin renewal fees?

Everything that you see in our demos is either built in or achieved through free plugins. You won’t have to pay any renewal fees unless you decide to use some premium plugin to add features we haven’t advertised.

Hey. How do i remove the ../listing/.. from the single listing URL? I don’t just want to change it in the permalinks settings, i would like to remove it completely. So its: domain.com/name-of-listing instead of domain.com/listing/name-of-listing.

Unfortunately there’s not a way to remove that. You can only change it to something else

Upload only this zip in wp-admin > appearance > add new
If you upload using FTP open mylisting.zip and extract mylisting folder, upload that to the FTP in wp-content/themes

I have managed to display the ID using snippets and shortcodes but I cannot display it in the Listing Types (cover button for example). Elementor does provide a way to load shortcodes but I cannot use it with Listing Types. How to load shortcodes into cover button of Rent listing type please ? Thank you!

Hi, going through my research with the theme. Going through various comments here, and some more questions stuck in my mind:
1. Can We see your roadmap (Public/Private)? It really help us, what is going to implement in near future. Or, what tasks you’re working on. It’ll also help us, to put more priority in order to purchase this theme, with your competitors. I know, about your small initiative about roadmap: https://27collective.canny.io/ but none of your team is actively participating there.
2. Can we enhance theme performance at best, using Gzip, Cache, CDNs & much more tunning servers like load balancing, remote databases & read/write replica? Some of us, also requested to enhance Requests made by the website to the server, in order to enhance performance, any updates on that?

3. UX must be improved. Specially, add listings & dashboard point of view. This must be smoothly navigated between pages without much loading, and should be goal oriented.

5. In order to complete Analytics, can we look at some figures, which directory is doing best, as per time( hour, days, weeks or months & so on..) Google Analytics, or any plugin that will work for this, need your recommendations.
6. Want to play big with this theme, can you inspire us with updated showcase?

1. We don’t have a public roadmap, if you see the changelog you realize that we are actively working on new features and updates.
2. Those statistics don’t mean a lot, the demo is in a development build, uses very high quality assets and it’s not optimized nor do we use any caching. You can do further optimizations like in any other theme

1. There is no single stone remains, to just say you’re not working. Theme is in huge development by active developers, but none of us knows, what’s first thing is first for 27collective. That’s matter to all of us, either who want’s to purchase or who already purchased the theme. Hope you understand this.

3. Hope you’ll consider this as a request instead of suggestions, and will work promptly in order to enhance user experience.
4. Please add it to your team’s todo. This is really important for buyers, to know that they can develop an app on this or not. At least need your assurity something like this, it works fine but need some code enhancement/tunning.
5. Listing analytics, how much a listed product visited, or which among all product listed is so popular and appeared on Search Engines, in short question is SEO prespective & analytics for featured listings & all. Google Analytics via tags and much more technologies with theme. Need more clearfication, will dive into discussion.

1. The most popular features that our users request are always a priority. If you followed the canny or the facebook group you know the most voted features such as schema, claim listing, field visibility and many others others have been the top voted features and they are all added now.
We will continue to add the most popular ones aswell as add our own ideas, which we don’t want to necessarily share before they are ready for obvious reasons.
