I have another questions. I’ve imported demo data files but don’t see where I can add the homepage image slider you have on the demo site. Where can I get the same image slider?
If you’ve imported all the demo then you should already have it. Just edit the “Home” page and you will find a “Slider” element there. Or simply add the “Slider” element to any existing page and then add your slides under “Slides” as mentioned in the documentation.

Hi, We purchased the template by looking at the Demo page you have shown. We have installed the theme in godaddy, but we only see basic webpage and not the contents which you have listed in Demo. Are we missing anything ? Do we have to build everything from scratch or is there a possibility to share the webcontent as shown in Demo.

1) Is it possible to change the content or the behavior of the MAKE AN APPOINTMENT button? I have an external service for make an appointment. I should redirect user to that web.
2) After installing the tenplate the url have changed… For example: instead http://dominio.com/webpage they are http://dominio.com/index.php/webpage If I change it in permanten links deleting ”/index.php” the web stops working…

1.) copy header.php from the parent theme to your child theme, open it and change the ”#reservation-form” on line 91 to your URL.
2.) the theme has nothing to do with how your URLs work. Problem will be something else.

When I use “Tabs & Accordion” it only let me use 6 Tabs initially (I need 15 aprox.), after that I could not add more Tabs, even if I use another “Tabs & Accordion” (in a row), when I click on “Add new tab” button, it redirects me to the top of the page, but there´s no any change, so I have to add a “Tabs & Accordion” per Tab, and spaces between Tabs result different in my webpage. What can I do?

please update the theme to the latest version (2.4.3) and you will be prompted to update the WPBakery plugin as well. You can also find the latest version of WPBakery plugin in the full package downloaded from ThemeForest. Just unpack it and you will find installation .zip inside Plugins folder.

have you set your front page and blog page under Settings / Reading? Set menus under Appearance / Menus and widgets under Appearance / Widgets? Please note that just importing the demo content alone won’t make your site look like the demo, there are more steps involved. Installation services are not included in the support.

I managed to translate the word “Search” into French with Loco Translate. However I can not find the word “Subscribe” present on the button of the widjet “MailChimpSubscribe” to translate it into French. I also translated all the months of the year in French with Loco Translate always. However, when I open the booking form on the site, the calendar is still displayed in English and not in French. Can you help me please ?
I managed to solve the problem with the calendar. I deleted my translation and I did it again, it worked.
On the other hand, for the translation of the button “Subscribe” and “your email address” present in the widget “MailChimpSubscribe”, I found the file mentioning it with Loco translate. This file is called “LSVR Toolkit (BeautySpot)” with 346 channels to translate. I proceed as for the days and months of the year, so I create a new language, but I only have 4 channels to translate. Why ?
In the loco translate logs, he tells me “This bundle’s configuration has been automatically detected, but is not fully complete.

I am sorry but I can’t assist you with 3rd party plugins. The most reliable way to translate the theme/plugin is using the Poedit software.

you need to add your slides under Slides, then insert the “Slider” element via a WPBakery Page Builder into page of your choice. There will be “Autoplay Speed” field where you can set the speed of the slider.

Images on the demo are about 1400×700. Just don’t forget to set them as Featured Image for each Slide, do not insert them into slide’s content.

Well the image will always be cut to fit the aspect ratio which differs from screen to screen.

There is some kind of plugin incompatibility which break those select boxes. Try to disable all 3rd party plugin except those which come with the theme and Woocommerce to see if it helps. If yes, then start activating them one by one to find the one which is causing it.
My guess is that it is caused by ACF plugin, see this thread (even though it does not mention WooCommerce). There are some workaround code snippets mentioned as well.
