Major issue after updating the theme now when i try to add new product with picture i am getting redirected to wp-admin/post.php blank page, and if no picture is been attached while adding product it all works fine and i get redirected to the product page

was able to fix it after disabling all the plugins and reactivating them, also in this update we cannot find any settings to upload favicon as it used to be in old theme options settings to set the favicon

And also on product page the review text please change the spelling it shows preview should be review.

a suggestion for the kuteshop blocks: the new ‘elevator with arrow’ icon in the block is not intuitive at all, because of the added arrow : it suggests that when clicking on it we scroll down (which is not the case)!! please remove the arrow from the elevator, or return to the older elevator icon of v1.0 !

kuteshop v3.x is lacking documentation. All links (in this website, or in the back-end, or in the offline docs) to the online documentation do not work. The included offline documentation is incomplete and does not contain any images!! It also has no information on how to customize the main blocks on the homepage. Please update asap!!

hij i have purchased the template and i downloaded the updated theme version, 3.0.5 on wordpress 4.9.4 once i install everything is good, once i import data from any (demo 1 – Demo 14) i lose my logo and even if i choose logo again from theme options – general – main setting it dose not take effect it just show me broken image in front view of website.

You guys have GOT to realize by now that TONS of simple basic settings are missing from theme options. How do I turn off breadcrumbs. Where do I create additional sidebars. I need to add pages with both right AND left sidebars. I need to have pages with NO header at all. You guys are churning out themes like its going out of style and barely getting sales on any of them rather than just focusing on this one that is selling and continue to upgrade. Multi-vendor plugin integration is also imperative. Come on think this thing through. You could have sold 10,000+ of these by now .

We had sold a lot of this theme, and customers already had customized alot from the original theme, so we can not give a detail guide for all the customers who use version 1.x

Hi We update our theme from 1.7 to 3.0.2 after update some error occurred for example Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in …/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1889
after increase host memory limit to 1 gig, website run slowly.
Please check, is there any setting with new version that we should set it on the site?

Actually, they are totally different. We do not support for customer who use version 1.x want to upgrade to version 3.x. Because version 3.x is totally new for version 1.x. Version 1.x has its own updated.
If you are the new one, you can order the theme and use the version 3.x. It will be the great site!
