You should not be create pages to display products. Your products are displayed automatically in their categories archive and shop archive.

Image zoom works only if you have a higher res image for the single product.

You also need to set your execution timeout to 60s. Checking the option will download all images from our server and it takes time depending on your server’s bandwidth.

You can use Appearance > One Click Demo Import > Import to import everything automatically.

Ok, but what I’m saying is that the images and all the dummy data have been successfully imported but I did it without checking “download & import file attachments” box, because trying to download the data checking the box was not working. My concern is that having done this without checking the box might bring issues later on

I made some progress on this issue as I can now introduce the static blocks to my menu, but now instead of appearing link it should, the text is all spread out and goes very far down the site’s page

2. The theme is translatable and we have included all the strings with the pot file. You can use a plugin like loco translate to translate the theme into your language. Our only additional instruction would be to save the translations in “System” folder instead of “Author” folder.

Error 500 is a common error message. You can find details about the error in your error log which you can send me and I can tell you what exactly is causing the error. The most common reason is the memory exhaustion error which happens when your host allows you low php memory_limit. You can install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/ and after activation please navigate to Settings > PHP Info and search for memory_limit. If it is less than 256M, you need to contact your host and ask them to increase.

I contacted my hosting provider and they told me this: Will check for the php.ini, this is the only one I can resolve. I do sincerely apologize, but this issue falls outside of what HostGator Live Support is able to troubleshoot and resolve. While I have tried my best to find a resolution to the issue you are experiencing, unfortunately, it appears I have exhausted all avenues that I have in live support to get your issue corrected. I recommend contacting a professional web developer or a development support forum for your software.

Unfortunately is it not enough to just remove @media queries. We also use bootstrap. So you will have to remove from there as well. Its quite a lot of custom code to do.

But If you are simply switching the themes from an existing website, nothing will be lost. I suggest you to use a staging server to make the update.

The slider is a user-generated content. The theme does not modify the style or CSS of the slider generated. The slider works independently based on how the user builds it. Hence it is upon the user to make sure the slider built is responsive. You can check the responsiveness within the Slider Revolution itself and make sure the it is responsive on all screens.
