hi. do you plan an update for your theme? Because last update is hafe a year ago. And which is the highest php version versatile support?

Yes, we do update all our themes if there’s any issue with it or if we are adding new features to it.

The theme can be used on latest version of php. I have tested it with 7.4.1 and there’s no issues :)

I just extended support for this but I am still unable to submit a support ticket through your website. I can’t update anything on my Versatile website since the Wordpress update.

Hi there! Has there been changes to this WP that I would need to purchase a new template? Im not asking for help in how to get this done, what I want to know if I want to do below and there is a new template, can I achieve what I want with the updated template? I really like the look of how the portfolio is set up but want a gallery underneath. I will give links to what I mean. I had to create the first link using the portfolio page builder and the second using the page builder.

In all my options, I don’t see any easy way to do it. It appears I need to frame in the gallery on the port page or vice versa but can’t see how to do that.

It is not possible to show the gallery underneath with the current style you are using. You will need to use a different style in the Theme Options Panel > General > Portfolio style > Portfolio page style option.

Now, you can add the gallery shortcode in the portfolio page content.

Ztudiox is one of our themes, you will need to purchase it separately if you need that exact style.

Hi. I’m getting some new issues I haven’t seen before. Since last week (right around the newest update) I can’t open any of the settings links on the site pages inside my admin panel. We can visit the site page backend, and even move Versatile blocks around, but clicking the settings icon to edit content such as background color or text doesn’t seem to work. I expect a modal window, but the overlay doesn’t appear and no window shows up. I checked this on Chrome, Firefox and IE- all the same. As recent as 7/15, it was working. When I disable all of my plugins, this doesn’t change.

Is there a known bug for page anchors? i.e., clicking a page anchor from within the nav menu works only once, but not twice. Page: https://toufayan.com/products/ Use the nav: All products > Nutrition/Packaging > (any link).... then use it again.

Hello, This is happening because of the onepage feature of the theme, you can disable it by commenting out some code in the \wp-content\themes\versatile\javascript\gdlr-script.js file as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/BShkSUM.png

There is an error with the included Master Slider plugin. There is an update available for this plugin, but because of this error it is not allowing the update, I believe. Please advise asap: Warning: Declaration of Axiom_Plugin_Updater::download_package($package) should be compatible with WP_Upgrader::download_package($package, $check_signatures = false)

The auto updater won’t work in slider version that included in the theme because it needs separate purchase code for that.

The code is used for auto updater. However, the slider that’s included in this theme is being used as ‘Extended license’, it’s considered as a bonus file which doesn’t support auto updater. If you need to use auto updater, you have to purchase slider’s regular license separately. But as I said, It’s not necessary, you can still use slider that come with the theme like its’ regular license.

However, in this case, if you need update, please pm me via the form in profile page. I can send a new version to you.

Is it planned to integrate Gutenberg into the Page Builder? I think Gutenberg in general is supported in the way that it doesn’t destroy your page. But even with the old editor disabled the Page Builder of this Theme utilizes the old one?

Sorry it doesn’t work that way. Gutenberg and our page builder will be working completely separately.

Ok. The reason why i’m asking is that the old editor deletes HTML code all the time. Is there a workaround for entering code that will be saved & executed at the Frontend?

Is the theme compatible with WordPress 5.0, specifically Gutenberg?

I have purchased a license for Versatile and find that the fonts aren’t loading. SO I have tried to submit a support ticket with GoodLayers but when I put in my purchase code it is rejected! Not happy—can someone please help. I’d like to be able to give a positive review but these 2 hurdles are not good.

Nope, we don’t need to pay extra to get what shown in the demo site :) The Master Slider is included in the theme for free.

We used the versatile theme but there seems to be a problem with mobile. The menu completely disappears and things don’t resize properly. Please help! This is the site: http://copperhillinc.com/

The logo is a bit on the left so there’s enough space for the mobile menu. We can still center the logo if it not too wide. I will need to look at your site to be able to help with that.
