No author is allowed to give licenses away. You can use the plugins with theme theme. And we update those plugins with our theme update.

Hi, I tried to find logo upload in the settings section with no luck. Where do I go to change it? When clicking on the edit icon up to far right in the ‘editor’ view, it does nothing. Can you advice?

Hello. I created a ticket a few days ago because i couldn’t import the demos. i provided you with access to my site to check it out, I solved the memory issues that were preventing me from properly using the theme but now I cannot access even the demo import page. What is going on? The ticket appears as closed, and my problems are even worse, I get the message “you are not allowed to access this page” when I click on “demo import”. On my own site, for this theme I bought. Please help me solve this. Thank you.

I need to come back to this issue. I tried now to import the Review pro demo, it said demo imported but there is no special content, no home page, just a “sample page” on my site. Is this OK?

This the first time I bought any theme. It’s good but it reduced my website speed by 4 seconds. It takes >9 seconds to see any post. Theme is very heavy and I am disappointed
Use a cache plugin. Enable our own cache. Optimize image via: https://tinypng.com/ Also speed depends on layout and how content and image heavy it is. If you use minimal layouts with less redirects, it will be faster.
Thanks author suggesting the solution. But it slowed after I used wp bakery post grid
Image and query heavy elements will take down speed. If you’re after speed, use minimal elements and optimize images and use caching. Theme itself is always lightweight. More queries (elements) and images make site slow.
I would also like to ask you about related post, it is misaligned in mobile layout

There are lots of issues that I am facing:

1. There is no option to change Logo text hover colour. Tried to add this custom CSS .tt-header-type-5 .logo:hover{ color: #fff; }
It didn't work
2. I have to individually add a default widget on each page, There is no one-click option. Tried doing it from the general setting. Didn’t work.
4. The colours of heading template for subsection on a page don’t change. Tried everything.

Extremely confused and unsatisfied. I first time purchased a theme where I don’t have proper documentation. Guys did videos but those don’t make any sense without ANY explanations. – Unprofessional and very fast. If you make a full screen, resolution is low. So, I am just at the middle of nowhere. First, I don’t understand how this theme works. This is because is not a regular theme where you put pictures. No way! There is no direction how to create posts and put them into blocks. I am clueless!

We’d recommend you to start with option 1. It takes 5 mins. And rest is just uploading photos.
Problem is not in demo or Visual Composer ( I use it from 2012.) Problem is in the system. I don’t understand how system works. Ok. I created a post. What is next? Now to put posts into blocks and how to put blocks into pages. No clue. I will appreciate if you answer me privately and we can schedule talk with screen sharing. This will help you to create step-by-step guide not about changing logo and etc.but organize content in the right way.
That’s also pretty simple. Best way for you would be, just import a demo (example: Fashion Pro). Then click edit page. I’m assuming you’ve some posts created. Just assign the blog post category. The block will show all the posts from that category. See this: http://prntscr.com/izgqr6

This might be happening cause you have “demo importer” plugin installed. Delete it and try again.
i had the wordpress importer plugin, deleted it, same thing. Any demo I try stops at 99%
This could also happen because of your server. Contact your web hosting and tell them to increase your WP Memory Limit & Post_max_size. Increase those as much as you can (Some hosting give users low memory). Increase to 512 MB. Also check System status tab and see the error. If still not working, send your URL, Wordpress ID and password and let us know the demo you want to use (example: News Pro). And we will try to manually install it for you.

In the meantime I’ve tried to build pages from scratch, without the demo, and it comes out blank. Blank as it not even an error message, or a line, nothing, regardless of what sections I added. Can this also be related to memory issues or is it a different problem?

I guess the theme won’t upload if you already have a larger existing website? I’ve tried about a dozen times now in different browsers and won’t upload. I them tried it on another site of mine with only about 8-10 posts…and it worked?
I did of course delete the theme and put my other site back the way it was without your theme. But still can not upload it to the website I want to use it on????
