Hi! I just bought and installed your theme but when I was activating the plugins I got this error message while activating WPBakery Page Builder: Fatal error: Cannot declare class Vc_Manager, because the name is already in use in /data/web/virtuals/130947/virtual/www/domains/vladimirelias.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/js_composer.php on line 33
and I cannot activate it.
Thank you for your help, Best Vladimir Elias
Okay I already resolve it byt reinstalling wordpress
but actually I am having troubles with activating WPBakery … there is just this purchase button :/
Hi there, first thank you for the purchase.
Please, share admin & FTP access via the contact form so I can look into this problem in more details.

Dear author,
I have the following issue: I created a portfolio with several filters. The filters are working just fine, but upon opening the lightbox in any of the filtered categories, the lightbox displays all of the items uploaded into to portfolio, not only the ones displayed in each filtered category. Is there any workaround (with CSS?) to make the lightbox just display the filtered group of pictures?
Thank you!
Hi there, first thank you for the purchase.
The lightbox mode shows all the images in the portfolio because of the way the filter works – it hide some images with CSS.
With CSS & JS you can customize that element to work anyway you want but that is way beyond the support provided with the item.

I’m getting an error when attempting to insert a “Portfolio” element in the Page Builder:

Hi there,
make sure you have the latest version of the theme, also all additional plugins updated (especially Definity Elements).
If the problem persists please share WP admin & FTP access so I can inspect this in more details.

Hello, I have just installed your theme and imported a demo, and I am getting the following error message for some of the elements:
Notice: Undefined variable: image_element in /home1/XXX/XXXX.com/wp-content/plugins/definity-elements/shortcodes/definity-shortcodes.php on line 815
Please help!
Hi there, first thank you for the purchase.

Hi, for one page, we cannot add row ID via Visual Composer. Once click on Save button, the ID is gone. Is this a bug ? Any fix ?
HI there, make sure the Page Template is set to Visual Composer.
Also, you will need a valid license in order to get more detail support.
Have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
Yes, already did. Purchase code is sent via private message.
Hi,
I’m having trouble uploading the theme to Wordpress.
It’s giving me a “413 Request Entity Too Large” error message about half way through the Theme uploading process.
Any ideas or tips on how to solve this? I have tried manually uploading through File Manager which didn’t work. Also tried adding max size code to the function.php file but that didn’t work either.
Thanks!
Hi there, this is a hosting problem you should contact your hosting provider.
Have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
Thanks Viktor. I fixed that issue with my hosting provider.
I have another question for you. I want to create a Contact Form using the same styling and design as the Theme example at the bottom of the homepage on the Definity Main Demo.
However, my current contact form looks different – staging.gilmorecommunication.com (scroll to bottom of homepage)
How do I copy the same styling and design to duplicate the contact form you have created?
Thank you!
No problem, I am glad that issue is fixed.
For the contact form, in order to look like in the demo, the CF is wrapped in additional markup – you can use the demo contact form as a starting point, add additional fields and copy the markup.
When you import demo with a CF you will get that form layout also.

Hi,
I love the updates – awesome! I have updated our site but some features are still not available for some reason?
Firstly the Feature Cards Image that enables you to change the colours of the headings within them. I notice you have that feature on your new Medical website example but I don’t have the option on ours?
Secondly the floating offer sign up located lapping over the bottom of the home page image within your new Luxury Rental Car website. What is the feature called and where can it be found?
Thanks
Hi there, I am glad to hear that and I love that you want to implement the new features immediately.
Firstly, there was one more update after the version v2.0 that shows that you need to update the plugin Definity Elements. Doing that will show those features. – so make sure you have the latest version of the theme.
Feature Cards Image element – those settings are in the Style tab.
That element is called CTA float and can be found under the existing CTA element > CTA type > Floating Form
Hope this helps & have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
Hi Viktor,
Thanks for this. After downloading and updating, I have a couple of issues faced with the updated theme:
Theme Options> Header: Some fields are not reflecting the changes made here on the front end:
1. Transparent Menu – Doesn’t Work
2. Colour selectors (such as menu background) – Doesn’t Work
As per the theme’s instructions, I’ve disabled the ‘Max Mega Menu’ plugin and am using the ‘Default Menu Navbar’.
Thanks in advance for your help.
You should update the Definity Elements plugin also. If a notice did not show about that, redownload the theme or check if in Appearance or in Plugins shows “Install Plugins” option.
Have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
Hi Viktor,
Thanks again for your help. A few more issues to get help with:
1.The toggle button under “theme options>header” to set only the homepage menu to transparent before scroll, is not working?
2. When viewing the menu list on a mobile, a list of social icons (that we don’t use) have appeared at the bottom and we can’t find a way to remove them? How do we get rid of them?
I seem to be able to open mobile menu drop downs with a single tap on my Galaxy S7, but I need two taps on an iPhone – can you please help?
Thanks
Hi there, below are the answers:
1) Not sure if I understand correctly but the setting “Transparent Nav. Options” set to “Front Page” will make the navbar transparent only for the page that is set as “Homepage”. This to work make sure the plugin Definity Elements was updated also with the theme.
2) Theme Options > Social Icons > Click “Reset” at the top, that will remove the icons, also in Theme Options > Header at the bottom delete the “Mobile Menu Footer” text if you want that also to be gone.
3) There is no easy fix for this, iPhone has their own way of working and Android phones has a different way of working, will look into this but I can’t say for sure that there will be a solution – will note it as a bug for a future update.
P.S. If you still have troubles with 1) problem, share WP & FTP access and I will look in it in more detail (via the contact form on my profile page).
Hope this helps & have a nice day

I updated the theme and updated the plugins now i cant get into wordpress and get a Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.
Hi there,
that is not from the theme. It’s possible that you’ve interupted the update by colosing the windows, leaving the page or the internet timed out.
As the messages says check back in few minutes.
If the problem still presist share FTP access so I can look into more detail (via contact form on my profile page).
Have a nice day

Ok, sent you a message. Was able to fix. Was a plugin crash… But Nav & Slider are not mobile responsive. No icons appear on Navigation and banner is stretched out when viewing the website on a Mobile Device or any device under 11inches such as a Surface Laptop
Instruction send via email.
Hi I have just installed the update and it has screwed up the formatting of the main nav bunching it all up to the left hand side http://www.ghostandco.co.uk/contact-us/
Try setting the menu location again for your menu in Appearances > Menu.
When you update the theme, the plugin Definity Elements and Page Builder should be updated also – See if a link shows in Appearances > Install Plugins or in Plugins > Install Plugins
Hope this helps & have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elemets
Hi I have done all of that and it hasn’t made any difference. I changed it to the all pages menu and it did the same just bunched them up to the left. Also I have noticed since the update that in the what we do section on the front page the icons have gone really small but I can’t see a setting for that so could you let me know what I need to do there as well please.
Hi there,
make sure the plugin Definity Elements is also updated after you updated the theme to v2.0.
If the problem still persist share WP & FTP access and I will look into more detail (via the contact form on my profile page).
Have a nice day,

After updating the theme, on the main page menu, the page with the slider, doesnt become transparent anymore. I also have not found the setting in the MaxMegamenu settings anymore. Please help.
Also: How is the new Portfolio section working? When I add some portfolio items and then use the portfolio shortcode on a page, nothing is displayed.
Figured out, that the the plugins did not updated correct. had to delete the old versions and reistall the new version. that did the job.
Glad to hear that.

Hi I’m having a few problems with the navigation on my mobile phone (Samsung S7)n on the site http://www.ghostandco.co.uk/
If you are on the front page on mobile nav and click any of the section links the nav stays down when it goes to that section so you can’t see the page unless you go to the top right of the nav and click off with the x. It is fine when you move to a page either from one of the inline links on the front page or blog and contact on the top nav
This is solved in the new update.
P.S. Don’t forget to create a backup before updating!
Have a nice day,

Hi,
I can’t seem to change the menu on www.ghostandco.co.uk from the one it is set on I’ve tried changing to the one page menu and set the location to main but nothing changed and I set up a new menu just with one link on it but again can’t get it to appear even though I set it as the main menu. I may be doing something obvious that is wrong but if not could you take a look at it for me please. I have set up temporary admin access with the following details
temp-user t3mpu53r
'theme_location' => 'main-menu',
If you can’t do it share FTP access via my profile page contact form and I will apply it, also please edit your comment and delete the WP credentials – the comment area is a public space, everyone can see your comment.
Hope this helps & have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
yes thanks that’s sorted it. I did try and change it in the header in the child theme and that didn’t seem to work and then I noticed there are double folders i.e. the definity folder in themes has another definity folder inside it with the files and the same goes for the definity-child folder can you tell me if that is correct as when I tried to get rid of the extra folders it broke the theme saying it couldn’t find definity/defiinity?
Also can you help me with 2 other points please. Could you tell me how to change the opacity on the contact page image http://www.ghostandco.co.uk/contact-us/
Also I’ve got a problem with the navigation as there are some links on the front page to internal pages and also in the top nav to the blog and the contact page but when you are on those then the other nav items that go to sections on the front page don’t work as they are then reading like this http://www.ghostandco.co.uk/contact-us/#about rather than http://www.ghostandco.co.uk/contact-us/#about
Thank in advance for your help and also thanks for a really great theme
1) The folders should not be like that you probably have made some mistake there and duplicated the folders;
2) Edit Page > Page Title > Edit > Options > Overlay background color > change the slider for the transprancy or the color;
3) Probably you have some nav misconfigurations – just use “Custom Links” and enter the exact URL;
Hope this helps & have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
Hi Viktor! For some reason the top navigation on my blog (http://amplified-good.com/home/blog/) is not working as it does on my main page (http://amplified-good.com/). Do you know why that is? Thank you!
Hi there!
They look the same to me? What exactly don’t look the same?
Hi Viktor – the menus were the same, but the links were not working properly. However, I figured it out, I couldn’t #link the links on the blog I needed to write the full URL. Thank you for taking a look!
One last question (I hope). Do you see in the Latest from the Blog section of my site (http://amplified-good.com/) only one post (the middle) has the text preview and the “read more” button? Where are the settings so that I can make them consistent and either all have that or not? Thanks!
The blog settings for the “Read More” button are in Theme Options > Blog > Blog Posts - you can change the text of the button there, for the color of the button you can change that from the Theme Options > Style > Buttons
Have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
Thanks Viktor! I see those settings, and believe I have them enabled properly. The problem that I am experiencing is on my main site (http://amplified-good.com/) in the blog section (scroll down) – there are 2 posts that do not show the Read More and one that does. How can I standardize those so that they either all have the Read More or none of them have it? On the actual blog (http://amplified-good.com/home/blog/) they seem to all have the Read More which looks great. Thanks for the help!
That’s strange, I have not seen this before, all blog post show display the “Read More” button.
Have you edit the excerpt on those post or made them somehow different from the post that shows the button?
Try creating new posts with the same content just copy the title, content and the feature image and move the old ones in the trash.
Have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
How do I do this?
Thanks
Hi there, first thank you for the purchase and the good words.
Ah yes, that section was made in a “creative” way, using the default Page Builder (Visual Composer) elements – because of that, you may have troubles recreating it.
If you have imported the demo, you can locate the service page and see how it was made, if not read below:
1) Use full width row and create 2 columns;
2) In the first column (where the image will be) add just empty space with the hight of the image, e.g. 420px;
3) Edit the column (not the row or the element) and add the image as a background > Design Options > Background > Img Upload;
4) The hard part was done, now in the second column add your text/content – text block etc, and use empty space top and bottom for alignment – inside that column.
Hope this helps & have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
Hello, I’m working on a site that had already installed your Thema DEFINITY. I downloaded and tried to update the theme to version 1.1 but there is an error from FTP and from WP panel. Also in the Apple environment (iOS and Safari) does not work the Youtube video on the homepage, and the icons instead of being round become square, while in Chrome you can see correctly. Do you have any idea what the problem may be?
Hi there, I also use MacOS and the demo (full-screen video) works great in Safari.
For the FTP error that is on your side, check your folder permissions.
P.S. your support license is expired.

Hi, I’d like to include some extra items in the <head> using the add_action for wp_head. I’ve added this function to functions.php in the definity child theme. But it doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions on this issue? Thx!
Hi there, make sure you have the latest version of the theme and the child theme, other than that there should not be any problems with the child theme, the mistake is probably in your function.
Have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
I am trying to view the theme docs via this link but am getting an error. http://themes.89elements.com/docs/items/definity-wp/
please provide the correct link so I can setup my site. thanks
docs
Hi there, the you can view the docs in the Help file that comes with the download – they are the same as the link.
The docs from the link are being updated and won’t be available for some time – use the Help file (is accessible also, offline) it has the same content.

Hi Viktor,
When I add a video instead of an image in the portfolio grid I get the following message on the page:
Warning: Illegal string offset ‘title’ in /xxxxx/plugins/definity-elements/shortcodes/definity-shortcodes.php on line 1817
Please could I get your assistance on how to fix this.
Thanks.
Hi there, what element do you use for adding the video?
Also, please share WP admin access and FTP access via the contact form on my profile page (don’t write it in the comments), so I can inspect this in more detail.
Have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
Hi Viktor,
Sorry for the slow reply, I’ve been overseas on business. Not sure what you mean by element?
I get the message when I change the media type on the portfolio grid (WP Bakery widget), from image to video.
I’m not sure that I’ll be able to provide admin access, but will let you know.
Rowan
This is probably hosting problem you should check the folder permission if they are set correctly.
Best, Viktor | 89elements
Please clarify that response. Why would it be a hosting problem?
Just to clarify we’re linking to external videos (YouTube…etc), so it’s effectively just embedding a video.
Sometime some hosts have incorrect folder permissions for WordPress and some files are unable to be read.
I can’t say for sure, I have never seen that error.
I will check the folder permissions
Hello, is there a possibility to edit the color or the transparency of the “geometric lines effect” of the arrow mouse in the agency 2 model ? The think is the contrast is sometimes not enough with the background used. Thank you for your answer
Hi there, first thank you for the purchase.
There is no way to edit that from WordPress, but if you are comfortable with JS you can edit the library that generates that effect. The lib. is located in theme folder > assets > js > vendor > anim-dots.js – here the code is minimized, but you can search for rgba and just increase the alpha value (last decimal number).
Hope this helps & have a nice day,
Viktor | 89elements
Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately i’m not comfortable with JS but i will take a look and try anyway … thanks
